This place is always a disaster. I spent 20 minutes in line with only two customers in front of me because the sole focus was on online orders. Terrible protocol and I would not recommend going here if you value your time or are in a hurry. Chipotle does it right with a separate station dedicated to online orders, because they value their customers’ time.
Came in for a chicken burrito, the store was busy so the makeline was nearly empty which was understandable, but when I asked for guacamole (which was nearly empty), instead of restocking, the young man only gave me about a half of a scoops worth, and it was runny due to the pan being empty, when I mentioned my discontent to the cashier, she didn't offer to do anything to make me a satisfied customer, giving me a side of gauc for me to put on my own burrito would've sufficed. Ive been coming to this location since 2014 and was ALWAYS exceptional, but it seems as it's fallen from grace with poorly trained staffing the last 6-12 months
Online orders are more important than actual customers, horrible service.I was the only person in line and was made aware right as I walked in that there would be 10-15min wait due to online orders. I patiently waited for them to catch up with their online orders. Then more people came in, they announce again it will be a 10-15min wait….I’ve already been waiting for 10min, which I kindly let them know of my spot in line. Another worker snapped back with “well it now be a 25min wait for you”.Frustrating that a patient and understanding customer was rejected and treated with such disrespect! Horrible customer service from the lunch crew. If you want Qdoba order online, unless you want to wait 25min.
Wow this was a dissapointing first visit! Floors were gross and sticky and many of the tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down in days. Employees were extremely slow (this was a Thursday night, not weekend) and half of the employees looked barely pubescent and we had to tell them what was in our fajita bowls. Just awful. Will NOT be back.
Terrible customer service from the staff to management. We paid for 2 bowls via their website directly. The bowls were delivered via their 3rd party (door dash) partner. The bowls were delivered promptly and the tickets on the outside of each order was correct. When we opened one of the bowls it’s like they didn’t even try to make it correct. The entire order was completely wrong. I called the store and they said it wasn’t their fault and to call door dash. Who when I called said it had to be handled with qdoba since it was made via their website and since they have my billing info to refund. After hours of talking to qdoba “management” and door dash, I received a refund from corporate. We will never use these guys again for how rude and inconsiderate they were.
I ordered online for pick up on Valentine's day. The store was decorated and festive! All employees were very friendly and the store was clean. The food was fantastic, as usual!
I like there service better than Chipotle. It cleaner on the line which reduces the chances for Cross contamination. Being a Vegan I can appreciate that…
Really, I just wanted to be review # 666 since it seems to be so important to private and public sectors lately. But yeah, been going to Qdoba for 25 years and it's great. Earned all 5 stars imo.
This specific Qdoba boasts an amazingly calm and competent night crew that produces Qdoba's particularly amazing food regardless of the stresses they're under. Keep at it guys, we appreciate all you're doing, and the food is absolutely amazing. Nearly half the price of chipotle to boot.
