Manger Halie told us to wait 15 mins for Fresh chicken .. the cashier didn’t know how to work the credit card machine long story short within 5 mins with having to go through the line again this is my fresh chicken ? Then when I call and ask about it she says come back and get it replaced smh ?♀️ mind you this is for the kids I don’t even eat this poison but she knew she gave me this old chicken on purpose .
ONLY GAVE 5 STARS SO THIS WOULD BE SEEN. They need to get their drive-thru/parking lot situation under control, half the time you cant even get into the parking lot and people are illegally parked blocking the two busy roads waiting for the drive-thru. They also need to disable mobile ordering if you cant go in and pick it up or they arent going to bring it out to you. The WHOLE ENTIRE point of a mobile order is to skip the long lines at the drive thru. Covid isnt an excuse to keep your lobby closed 2 years later. Y'all need a new system of doing things and/or a whole entire new staff.
Went to this Popeyes in a semi this evening but the lobby was not open due to being short staffed, after kindly letting us know the situation the general manager JENNIFER offered to take us through the drive through in her own vehicle because she seen we have ere in the semi. I had to use the restroom so she had a meme rf of the staff let me in. JENNIFER went above and beyond expectations for her services and act of kindness. Very thankful for all of her help tonight! Thank you for making my experience one of best I’ve received anywhere!
I like this place...IT SERVES REAL COOKED CHICKEN NOT RAW LIKE THE TWO IN RACINE CITY, WISCONSIN,but I WOULD SUGGEST YOU ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AND BIGGEST PIECES OF CHICKEN JUST IN CASE BECAUSE THEY'VE SERVED US THT BEFORE TOO,JUST ONCE,BUT THT WAS ENOUGH..WE DON'T KNW IF IT IS CLEAN AND ROACH FREE SINCE THEY DON'T LET THE DOORS OPEN FOR CUSTOMERS TO COME INSIDE...WHICH IS SO UNFAIR TO PAYING CUSTOMERS...IT SHOULD GET BOYCOTTED FOR THT AFTER ALL WE CUSTOMERS KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN...THE TWO PLACES OF POPEYE'S IN RACINE CITY WISCONSIN ARE DEFINITELY NOT CLEAN AND ARE VERY DIRTY BUT MORE THE ONE ON MARQUETTE AND 9TH ST... DON'T GO THERE EAT WE'VE SEEN THE ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE FLOOR AND THE MANAGERS DON'T CARE EITHER.
I love the food! It is all very tasty,. However, the service from the staff is well below average. They have been rude to me, even ignoring my presence for over 5mina.
I was in Kenosha and had to stop and see how their chicken sandwich was. Some Popeyes are good, some are not! This place had the great chicken sandwich I was hoping for. It's like Ambrosia in a bun. Thank you Kenosha Popeyes!
I have ordered twice from here and both times I asked for honey mustard and got no sauce at all but the food is great.
I just can't get hot food. Almost everything is premade n heat lite,. First come grab n go. Nobody does fresh. Fries and cold, chicken sandwich was like warm. Ukk
Since the change of owners tgebservice and quality of the food and service has declined drastically. Orders are wrong, food is cold, they don't have entrees ready at peak times. Some competition is needed.
This Popeyes need more training or a new Manager, every time I'm in Kenosha I try eating here and every time my order is wrong, food is past its stage time or it seemlike they put whatever they want in the ORDER, Not sure about going back to this one
