Every time I call to order they say they are not making pizza, they are closing early, they answer and then hang up on you. I have started getting to point I will have my husband order so it don’t snap on anyone. I waited 30 minutes this time to make sure they had time to make it. Now I have been sitting in their lobby for almost 15 minutes waiting for one pizza. All I can see is an older women running around as if she is having a bad day (I hope she as a better one…) a younger lady keeps giving me updates and she is very sweet. But I keep hearing this man screaming in the back at the employees. This is getting insane.
I set to have my order delivered, I changed it before I paid, and it was never was. We were in the middle of a birthday party and long story short, people had to leave before the pizza evewwasn got there. What was supposed to take 15 minutes ended up taking over an hour. And forget calling, we had to go to the store because none would answer the phone. Worst experience from a pizza shop ever. We will never be ordering from here again.
Trash restaurant and trash employees. Made a order at 3:02 pm at 4:30 still no food. I called the restaurant and was hung up on twice and told I didn't place a order with them as I'm staring at the email giving me the location and number of the store I ordered from. One lady even transfered me to another restaurant. That guy was cool informed me I had the right store the first time. Waste of time
Workers seemed annoyed that we were interrupting their conversation when we picked up online order. When we got ready to eat pizza it was very under done. Will just be ordering from this location again. Wasted $50.
Absolutely garbage, called before hand to get confirmation on a delivery order was told it wouldn’t be long and it’s on its way. Called them almost a hour later for them to tell us the store is closed.
The best pizza hut I've ever been to. The manager and all the staff were so sweet.
Cinnamon sticks and the pizza itself, add to it I had been up since 3.10 a.m. and didnt want to cook so pizza hut it was for dinner.
Sadly was told This Pizza Hut would be able to deliver to the Meijer Distribution Center by another Pizza Hut 3.1 miles away from the center after entering address. But yet I called and they could not. Well yall lost is someone elses gain.
The food is always completed early and is always fresh and perfectly cooked! This location is my favorite and the manager is so sweet! She is great leadership for this location especially. Thanks again! Keep up the good work :)
90 minutes late (2 hours total), lukewarm pizza & breadsticks in a grease-soaked bag, and the order was wrong to boot. The helpful staff offered to replace...in another 90 minutes. Waste of money and food.
