If I could give this place no stars I would. I placed an order well before closing and they had plenty of time to prepare and make the order. We got the email that it was confirmed and would have a specific delivery window and would be delivered near or around 11:15pm. The estimated delivery window came an went so we waiting a bit longer assuming since it was a Saturday maybe they were busy, but by the time we were starting to get concerned it was taking long that it should have, conveniently the store closed at midnight so we couldn’t even reach anyone to ask what the issue was.We received no call, no email, nothing to state that what we ordered would never even get to us even though the pizza tracker stated it was being prepared. We never even got an email saying that the order was cancelled.It would have been at least convenient to give us a call so we could have ordered from a different pizza restaurant that could’ve still be open at the time. Not going to this location ever again. Horrible way to treat paying customers.Would rather order from Dominos as they have always been on time and called with any issues that come up. Pizza Hut has really gone downhill.

it is approximately January 23rd Sunday it is now 5:40 p.m. for the past 30 minutes I have been trying to reach the store finally after hanging up on me 15 times in a row the girl that answer which I can tell is African-American based on her voice and accent finally answered and then quickly said please hold and never answered again so I hung up and kept calling and she keeps hanging up because she doesn't want to actually do her job I highly suggest you fire the girl working on this date and time in charge of answering phones she is not doing her job she's lazy she clearly doing it on purpose this is not by accident this person needs to be fired immediately I will never order from this store ever again ever I will literally drive out of my way to the highway and go to the pizza hut by the expressway and route 50 because of those people actually answer their phone I have never had any issues with that pizza hut but the one on Roosevelt and 30th Avenue I will never ever order from there again if I can cancel my order right now I would!

I can't tell you how many times I have been to this particular Pizza Hut so when our family wanted to celebrate New Years Eve with pizza we turned to Pizza Hut. We ordered for pick up and the app said 50 min. I arrived 50 min later and immediately got a call saying they have canceled my order. 50 min after I placed the order! Why did Pizza Hut feel the need to wait 50 min after I placed my order? Since I was already at Pizza Hut I went in to ask why my order was canceled and I was informed that they were closing early. Mind you this was before 7pm. Then I was told they were only operating with one driver. I told them well what does that have to do with my order? I ordered for pick up not delivery so your reason is invalid. He said he understands how I'd be upset. I said really? So if you called me to place an order and I took it then waited an hour before telling you I decided to cancel your order you'd be fine with that? He had no response.So my question to you Pizza Hut - Is this a new standard thing you do? Allow a customer to order food then wait nearly an hour before canceling? I've never had this kind of issue with Pizza Hut. It was fun explaining to the family why our 3 pizzas and cinnamon rolls won't be our New Years Eve dinner.

You should tell people how long for delivery before they place the order.. My last delivery I was told it would be 2 hours after I placed my order.. Next time I will just order a pizza from a better restaurant.

Pizzas made incorrectly. Both receipts had the order correctly and was charged for the extra ingredients but received a pizza with very little toppings that was also missing green pepper. Also asked for it to be well done and everything under the cheese, also not followed. Pizza was barely cut, bread sticks not cut at all- just a sheet of them. Friendly staff at the location but I'm not driving all the way back across town to fix a pizza.

My wife and I had placed an order over the phone for one large meatlovers pizza and chicken wings, gave our address and phone number and was told it would be 30-35 minute wait. At almost an hour with no delivery. My wife calls the store which we were told there wasn't any order placed under my wife's name and no order for our address. The people who work there are very unprofessional, lack leadership skills, and are exceptionally rude. We will never order from there again. This store needs to be investigated for contaminated food and lack of respect to their customers.

Ordered 2 pizzas for 4 people, first bites in we found 2 long blonde hairs pulled out of our mouths. Called for a refund, they wanted us to drive across town to drop the rest of the Un eaten pizzas off, I said no and they laughed. Eat at your own risk

Our pizza arrived without the breadsticks ordered. The driver was rude. We requested contactless delivery and he continue to knock on the door. He had to go back and get our breadsticks. When I called and requested a 2 liter, as well, the person on the phone had no idea how to handle it. The manager did call back and was wonderful and happy to send the 2 liter.

The food was fabulous and we received it so quickly! Just as I remembered our family time together.
