Food is wonderful but I think they are understaffed because everytime I order here it takes over an hour for my pizza to be delivered. I ordered on a Monday night at 7:21 and my pizza got here at 8:51. The app tells you a different estimated time than what is actually to be expected. Other than long wait times this papa John's is great
Super friendly staff and drivers. Have had zero issues with them since I've moved to the area. Food arrives on time and is fresh. Keep up the good work!
Literally the worst experience ever! Wish I could give negative stars! Placed an order and patiently waited and after 1 1/2 hrs called the first time to see what was going on to be told a drivers car died and our pizzas were to be picked up shortly by another driver and hey I understand stuff happens. Another hour goes by and I call again they say oh yeah it’s gonna be out in a few minutes. I call again at hour 3 and now they’re accusative saying that it was delivered, the driver knocked on my door( I have 2 dogs who go crazy over a leaf blowing the wrong way) so basically they lied over the phone and didn’t want to give me a refund. So after some back and forth whoever answered the phone decided I was worthy of a refund and hung up on me after. Needless to say DO NOT give this place your business.
Idk if this stems from high school and pizza day on Friday or something but this is seriously my favorite pizza in town ? For a solid decade they are consistently delish and I can't say I've ever really had one problem with food or services rendered. The chix poppers with honey mustard is soo on point!
Horrible establishment. I placed an order over 30 minutes ago and it kept saying preparing. So I decided to call them and they said “oh we’re starting it now” I mean it wasn’t even busy at all. I had to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.
There website doesn't work. They hung up on me. They really don't like selling pizza which IS THEY'RE JOB. Never ordering from them again. Worst pizza place in Kenosh, and yes, way worse than Little Caesars
I ordered $60 worth of food. it said my order would arrive 31 min after placing the order. It came well after a hr. On top of that the brownie was all smashed together. The garlic knots were burned, and the chicken had very little BBQ sauce on them. When my food was delivered the driver forgot the drinks and blamed the store for not packing them. I have been on hold for over 30min and no one is answering the phone. SO NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
Horrible experience! I haven’t had papa johns for quite some time(like 5+ yrs) because I don’t usually like their pizza. The only reason I ordered from them recently is because they were one of the few pizza places that was offering a Jack o lantern pizza for Halloween. Ordered a pizza and beverage. I understood that they were busy so I wasn’t upset about the 75 min estimated time. However, after 2 hrs I called. No one answered. Checked out my drivers status and saw that they delivered to another apartment on the other side of my apartment complex. No delivery notice or text. Had to walk 10 mins to retrieve it just to see that the order was wrong and missing the beverage. After calling customer service numerous times & being put on hold for a total of 35 mins, I find out that they’re outsourced. So instead of speaking to someone in the actual restaurant I spoke to someone from India that had no clue how to help me. They tried calling the store multiple times as well just to tell me that no one was answering. I’ve complained online and through an ai chat but still haven’t gotten a refund.
I ordered a pizza at 8:05 pm I'm still waiting for this pizza as of now. At this point I don't even want it. I called and the lady that answered said she was the General Manager her name is Sarah. She is the most disrespectful GM ever! She wouldn't even let me speak, she said that my pizza was delivered twice now. Which is not true, at least not to my address. The driver never called to let me know they were here. ( Again, they sent it to the wrong address.)I asked her to give me a refund, she refused. She said, the system wouldn't let her. Then she start yelling for their mistake.I will no longer order from here.I understand the world is under staffed at this moment, but this was not necessary her attitude, yelling, and arguing with me
If I could leave zero stars, I would.At 6:37 My dad ordered a pizza for his dinner. He was told that it would be between 40 and 65 minutes.I got to his house to visit with him at 8pm, and apparently he was still waiting for his pizza. So dad called the store back, it's only automated, and he was told at 8:15 that it would be delivered between 8:18 and 8:28.At 8:31 the pizza finally got there! Yay! Except, wait, it's barely warm and not even cut! Then looking at the box we see that the order was put in at 7:38- an hour after he called in his order.So I called the store for my dad to complain and ask why they would send out a pizza (2hours later) without even being cut. But after being told "a team member will be with you shortly" for ten minutes, I had to hang up.There is a weird employee shortage everywhere, so I like to think we cut a lot of slack and empathize with that, but this was just horrible all around. If there aren't employees there to actually speak to, or take orders (again, all ordering is now done automated), and there is such a huge discrepancy between placing an order, and order going through, and being delivered, and then it's not even CUT and no one is there/able to take a phone call.... why is it even open? It would have been far less frustrating to call and hear that this one location is temporarily closed or something than the whole ordeal it ended up as.
