Over priced always has been, always will be. Oh well. What has me over the edge though is it’s an extremely dirty atmosphere. It’s absolutely disgusting in here & Iv been waiting for a soup and Mac & cheese for 29 min and still have not revived my food *no it’s not busy in here* but the people that ordered way after me have gotten their food.. this has always been an issue here. If they can’t handle the business they shouldn’t be open. There is plenty of workers in the building. Panera has slowly been losing my business over the years but after today they will no longer be getting my money.
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes today and got the wrong food. Drove back went inside to get the correct food and was surprised to see the restaurant almost empty inside. Then AGAIN the sandwich I ordered was made incorrectly with the completely wrong bread even though they admitted to having the correct bread for the toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich. When I went back in the second time two of the three employees seen me and hurried into the back like they didnt want to help anyone. Finally I asked for a refund and that took 10 minutes. This Kenosha WI location is terrible. The food is not fresh, they are always out of something on their menu, the iced tea always tastes old and watered down, the drive thru is always closed and you sit and wait for 30 45 and even over 60 minutes for your food on a regular basis. Stay away from the Kenosha Panera bread especially if you don't have a lot of time. I spent over an hour trying to get food today and ended up not eating because I was so aggravated. Corporate needs to step in and do something about this horrible location
I went inside to order from the kiosk, and it took 25 minutes for two sandwiches to go. They messed up my steak sandwich by adding the horseradish sauce I asked to be removed, and there was barely any meat. Also, at least three people got their food 10 minutes before me by ordering from the counter rather than the kiosk. Terrible management...
Unbelievable waits for just one sandwich. I’ve been waiting for over an hour and still no sandwich. No type of reimbursement nothing. Sorry for the wait. I finally leave with my sandwich and I see some girl just munching on chips instead of helping. This location shouldn’t even be open if they can’t support the traffic they get. Not to mention half the things are always out of stock and they deliver mediocre at best food.
Ordered food. Curbside pick up 1:35pm. Actually brought out at 2pm. Ridiculous. This is not the first time. Tried calling 5 times just rang and rang then disconnected.
Not sure I will use them again. Placed a breakfast order for 13 people at 5:30 last night to be delivered at 8:45 this morning. 9 minutes prior to delivery time, got a message that my order was successfully cancelled. Could not reach anyone at the restaurant and called corporate. Corporate tried three different numbers and could not reach anybody. They promised a $75 credit, but haven't seen that and my card still has $175 charged against it. Tried calling a few more times and it just disconnects after about 10 rings. Although I rated the food as terrible, I never got it so cannot tell.
I order a green goddess salad to go and they didn't have the green goddess dress so they subbed it for a caesar dressing instead so i paid for a bowl $12 and change and they gave me a small cardboard bowl after i got home and opened it!!!!! I'm done with this place!!!!
The service here has been horrible. They have the drive-thru closed and did not have curbside or in store pickup on their app for months. Today I tried doing curbside pickup because it's back. Ordered at 11:30 for a 11:55 am pickup of a single sandwich and drink. Checked in at 11:55 when I got to the parking lot and the app said it wasn't even made yet. At 12:10 I got out of the car and went inside to see what the delay was, because the app still said "Preparing". The young manager said they were 20 mins behind on getting food made. Really? You don't notify anyone or turn off the online ordering function in your app. I know they can do that because he told me so. But he said customers were upset that it wasn't on, so "it's a double-edge sword". I think it's much worse to order food, get a pick up time and then it is taking 30+ mins to be ready. I'd rather not use it than have to sit for so long and wait. It made me late for my eye appointment and I had to reschedule it. My order that was supposed to be ready at 11:55 am was not given to me until 12:25 pm - a 30 minute delay. I went back to the app and said there was an issue and they credited me my money immediately through the app. Today was the last time I'm going to this location. They really need to get someone from corporate in there to straighten things out!!!
We stopped at this Kenosha Panera for lunch today. We placed an order for 2 pick two lunches; nothing special no drinks. After waiting 50 minutes I had to get back to work without lunch. Multiple people that came in and ordered after us got their food. No explanation and no apology offered. No more Panera for us.
I was 23 years old when I placed my order. Was 24 when I left with my food. Needless to say the staff is the opposite of time efficient. I could’ve went in back & made my food 3 times before they could make a sandwich once.
