This pizza place has been here since i was a kid. Been years so i thought i would give it a try again. The pizza was great, but in the end it cost me almost fifty bucks for a large cheese and sausage, extra cheese. They charged me an extra fee for putting it on my card. So my 20 dollar pizza and a 5 dollar tip, somewhere it cost me another 20 dollars. Not worth it.
I would recommend pa’s pizza, The best flavor.
Called last night to place a delivery order. We wanted to try somewhere new and decided on here. I call to place my order and ask for Parmesan she tells me it costs EXTRA for parmesan packets and that they never used to but now they do. No place had EVER charged for Parmesan before. Do they charge for salt packets as well ? Before we hung up I asked a question about paying with my card. She had an annoyed voice like I was inconveniencing her. She said “well you never said anything about a card. We prefer cash” and that it costs $2 extra to use a card. When I usually order pizza anywhere else they always ask if I’m doing cash or card so it slipped my mind to mention it since I never have to the worker always does. She sounded annoyed and said “let me go get the machine” and put me on hold. I asked to put a $7 tip on there for the driver and I’m not sure if this was sarcasm but she said “wow that’s a big tip!” She could’ve been genuine or it could’ve been sarcasm but $7 is enough on a $20 order where I’m already paying a dumb fee to pay in the first place and paying for something as silly as Parmesan. Won’t be back.
The worst customer service in the world I asked a few questions about specials and the Manger talked about me with pure disrespect and vulgar Language then when I asked to be refunded he was super disrespectful with vulgar language I will never order from this place again I wish I could speak to the owner.
Most certainly the best pizza in the city of Kenosha
The food is pretty good here. I have had one bad experience in the past where my pizza was overcooked and the lady laughed on the phone line when i told her about it then hung up when i inquired about a discount/refund. I decided to give the place one more chance and the pizza was great and the service was quick and easy.
Growing up in Kenosha it was common to visit all the pizza places to get a true taste of the variety of choices that were available to us. PA's pizza is one of those places that is still worthwhile to get a pizza from in this small town.
Most definitely need to learn how to work in customer service ! NEED TO WORK ON HAVING A BETTER ATTITUDE AND RESPECT !

Awesome Best Pizza have to get every time I stop in town. Always taste the same never changes Delicious CHEESE SAUSAGE MUSHROOM LARGE pick up $16. Of course tip them cant get no better Awesome ❤️ it!!
