They do online orders only at certain times to collect more money out of people, wouldn’t fund scummy business practices like this.
I'm quite tired of this noodles and company. I used to work for a noodles and company myself quite a few years back, i understand the frustration of working food industry from their view point. However, the way mine and my roommates order was handled was NOT how it used to be when I worked for the company. We ordered our food from a grocery store since it was close to this restaurant amd when we had finished we just popped on over. We knew full well the food wouldn't have been finished in that time so we waited. After about 10 min of being there, our app said the food was ready. It was not ready until another 20 minutes after that.Finally we got our food and we went home, when we got home and unpacked everything, an entire entree was missing. My roommate's entire dinner was missing. When I looked at the order slip they attached to our bag, they had not crossed off what they were packing which I know they are supposed to do. You don't pack the order before every item is there and you make sure everything is correct before you bag it.So I tried to call. 3 times. And was hung up on. Each time, the time between the phone ringing getting shorter and shorter with each call until it rang one time before hanging up. So I had to drive all the way back out there to complain.When I arrived and explained the situation to the manager on duty I was rudely told 'well we've been busy and I haven't answered the phone and no one else has either.' When the manager called back to the saute line to make the order they very rudely said 'we already made that.' And it seemed that they were implying we were lying. It is not my fault you clearly bagged the wrong food into the wrong bag. Hence why you should be checking off the bags. We waited yet another 30 minutes for the food and left.Well stick to the east side noodles and company from now on. Don't expect great customer service, you won't get it here.

Food is always consistent and good when I stopped in due to staffing they were only taking online orders and told me they couldn't help with an empty restaurant.
Always AMAZING! Great service and yummy meal. Plus I can't leave with out my crispy!!!
I order a regular size meal and received it in a small bowl. When I asked the staff if my order was regular size, I was told 'yes, because we ran out of covers for the regular sized bowls.'This logic is lost on me since the small bowl is substantially smaller than the regular bowl.Similar to other posts, no tables were cleaned following patron departures during our visit while 3 employees stood behind the counter.I wish I could give zero stars.
Food is always good and very consistent just a little frustrated that they are only doing online orders due to "staffing" I walked in to an empty restaurant and was told they could not take my order with 3 employees standing there looking at me so I stood at the register and put my order in. This makes absolutely no sense to me why they could not just ring me up at the register.

Max at 7224 118th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53142 was amazing!! He was very friendly and helpful. We could tell he was a team player and a fun coworker. We visited on October 31st and he wore a wolf mask to take the trash out ? then he gave us Rice Krispie treats as we were leaving. When I realized that black sesame seeds came on my order he quickly remade it because I am allergic to them. “I got you!”, he said. He sang and laughed a lot. It was a great experience!
Food ordered as expected. Cleanliness? Not so much. Staff spent more time talking to each other rather than cleaning - and it needed cleaning. Drink station needed cleaning. Garbage overflowing. Patron left. No one bothered to clean..
