Person who took my order was very kind and very patient with a couple customers before. The large coffee I ordered Was a $1.59 and the Carmel Sunday was $2.19 a little more expensive than I was anticipating. Coffee was better than normal as I have not been a fan of their coffee in the last couple years. Choose coffee for my long drive ahead of me and was happy with coffee
NO STANDARDS IN FOOD QUALITY OR MANAGEMENT! Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line just to be told "cash only". Not I'm sorry but our credit card machine is down, sorry for the inconvenience. Left to get cash, waited another 10 minutes in line to be met by the rudest employee, who I believe was actually the manager, Kevin. Tried to order a fish filet sandwich and he says "nope, is that all?" If they didn't have what I just tried to get, why would I be done? He was very annoyed that I wanted to look at the menu for a replacement item. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and asked what sauces are available. He says, "the same sauces everyone else has". If I knew what sauces everyone else had, would I be asking? Not everyone eats at McDonald's everyday! Finally got the food and the quality was unsurprisingly just as good as Kevin's attitude. Do not waste your time here!
Dining room was closed when I went there for lunch yesterday. Didn't want to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru and didn't see any signs the inside was closed. All doors were locked, so me & my granddaughter went to Wendy's instead. That new honey chicken sandwich is pretty good.
Behind an older gentleman in the drive thru and he got upset that a straw wasn't added to his bag. He stopped, got out and tapped on the window asking for a straw. The young man at the window proceeded to berate him and swear at him because he was upset he had to go back for a straw to drink his drink. Young punk passing out food needs to know his role. Do your job the right way the first time. You don't like it, hang wit the homies and end up in jail.
McDonald's breakfast is quite delicious.I always like the big breakfast as the best breakfast meal that McDonald's offer.McDonald's is a great way to save money and eat greatYou can get a good meal with a little change.The lunch and dinner is pretty decent to, and have a great one McDonald's thank you for your services to our country!
Went through the drive through and got some lunch no biggie. The lady would tell me to pull ahead everytime I order a single item since the 1st item. Tried substituting my drinks with shakes and was upset I order mcnuggets, a shake, and a McChicken. Its such a pushy place. You might as well drive to a different exit or go to tacobell honestly.
I was at this location earlier today (1/3/22) at 1:30pm and the service was just phenomenal. Staff at all points of contact were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I was blown away by the experience, because there are other locations in town that I avoid due to low professionalism. The workers on staff today are a truly fantastic team and should be very proud of themselves! Thank you for the experience and I look forward to seeing you again!
Just went through the drive thru here on Christmas Eve. Just wanted to say the guy working the drive thru cashier window Kyle was super bright and friendly; and wanted to give him recognition!
They're terrible to their employees. The only good there is Kevin the manager he's really good. Rachel was a really good worker but they made her go away they were very mean. I'm not sure why ?They're always begging for help. Kevin and Rachel worked well together.
I waited in a line for 10 minutes. I ordered a Big Mac. I paid cash and she said, "do you want the change?" What??Ok, then I parked to eat it and the bun was rock hard. I called the store no one answered so I had to go through the drive thru again. When I got to the speaker I asked if they would run a fresh one out so I didn't have to wait another 10 minutes. They said, "we only have 4 people here so we can't." (If you send out food like that then why should the customer be penalized? It takes 30 seconds to leave the building) When I pulled up to show them the big Mac bun they said, "it's because it was under the lamps too long"What??Finally, I asked if they would throw the bag out since I wasn't going to eat it. They said, "no, sure to Covid we can't take it back."So, you can take money out of my hand but you can't take a bag to throw away?? What a joke.
