It’s a five star McDonald’s. Our orders are typically large and we’ve never had anything forgotten or cold. Today we had 2 mcchickens, 2 cheeseburgers, ten nuggets, large fries, and a Big Mac. All as requested and hot and fast. Also the team members at both windows were courteous and handed me the food carefully and with a big smile. They were great today.
The drive through is terrible. I waited 15 minutes on the right lane that was open watching all cars in left lane get their order taken. If my lane wasn't working then they should have closed it. They're weren't that many customers for them not to have things in order. I beeped many times to get help nothing and had cars behind me. The girl at the drive through tried to avoid even making eye contact with me it makes no sense for you guys not to get stuff done right. Do better!!!
People giving the food at window are always so rude and never say anything. She dropped my straw and just shut the window and I had to wait for another one. How hard is it to work at fast food bro.
Placed a mobile order to pick up in store only to find both doors to the lobby locked. We then waited for over 20 minutes in the drive through and then at least 10 at the window for them to go find our order. Our food was stone cold and the staff was rude and lazy.
McDonald's has very few people working and very slow .Only get hot or cold coffee .Coffee Coffee always tastes like it's watered down
They always give me honey mustard instead of regular honey it’s disgusting. And they also don’t know what it means when you ask for only bacon instead of pressing only bacon they Gotta make sure it says no pickle no onion no ketchup no mustard because they don’t realize that there’s an only button it’s pretty obvious but they still seem to get it wrong every time even when it says no everything but add bacon complete incompetent buffoons. The new stuff is horrible Last time I came I waited in line for an hour I couldn’t even get out cause there were cars in my way
So I'm curious when did McDonald's get so slow? I pick up for doordash and ubereats and I've been in this drive-thru for 10 minutes just waiting to get to the window to tell them why I'm here. McDonald's has changed so much they used to be a fast food restaurant now I can't call them fast hell I can't even call it food either.

No where near enough staff.No ordering kiosks open. One register open. About 20 people in line. Complete disaster. Took a good 20 minutes to just get food.
Fast and friendly, but they put vanilla in my sweet tea... I'm not upset, it's actually not bad, I'm just confused as to how it got in there...
