I had a real bad experience with this place just now. I only have so much time on my break. All I ordered on the app was a large dr pepper and three cookies. After 15 minutes of waiting for such a small order I went in only for them to say they didn’t have my order (even though it was submitted and I was charged). Bull. Obviously someone clicked off the order like it was complete and didn’t want to own up to it. So they gave me the soda and after like five more minutes I said forget this place and left without the cookies I paid for 20 minutes earlier so I could get back to work without being late. I submitted a complaint and if they don’t really make it right, I’m never going to this location again.
Fries were overly done and I asked for a shake but they didn't tell me until I got to the window that they were not available.
This is a popular gathering spot for the morning crowd it seems. Clean dining area. Service was quick.
My sister came in after her car battery went out while shopping we waited for a jump she did not want to stop her car we went through the drive through it was a better big Mac I have had dry burger before this one was mouth watering juicyThanks you
Good I'm the mornings but often mess up orders and don't stay open as long as advertised. Only accept cash and sometimes won't serve you the later it gets.
The line was ridiculous. When I got to the window to pay they had my meal wrong and then tried to over charge me. I had to wait for my food and it was still wrong. Manager was rude and hard to understand.
Decent Burgers. Terrible Fries. Anytime I come to this location the fries taste like they’ve been left out and refried again. Went there around lunch/dinner and ice cream machine was “down”? Had to wait too long at speaker, literally only 2 people in the drive thru altogether. Person seemed to be upset over the speaker, overall staff doesn’t seem to care and even annoyed by guests.
3rd shift is hard enough but is never ceases to amaze me when you have a manager doing almost all of the work and.yet greets you with a smile. As a regular customer, its how great my night becomes because of a positive mindset says hello and double checks my order to ensure I'm not getting the wrong food items and I'm not required to turn around because of something was wrong with my order. Thank you 3rd shift management. You ARE APPRECIATED!!
I thought Mcdonald's had a few breakfast items all day and was disappointed that this one did not. After waiting in a long drive thru line (due to dinning room closed) I wasn't leaving without food (chicken sandwich)
Very efficient drive thru, multiple McCafe cold and hot drinks and every drink made exactly as ordered. Friendly service
