30th Ave & 18th st has gone so far downhill. I ordered in the drive thru at 4:12, I was asked to wait for half my order (my shake and a happy meal were given to me) and at 4:30 I was still waiting. With a half melted shake and cold happy meal fries. Went inside, plenty of workers ( non-workers?) there, and requested a new shake and fries with the rest of my order.
I pick up orders from here for GrubHub regularly. I don't understand how they can put 8-10 drive thru orders past me while I wait 25 minutes for my pickup. It's not fair to the people who are working.
Drive-thru can take forever sometimes, but otherwise the food is always great.
Generally has never disappointed me. As it is the McDonald's closest to my apartment, it makes me feel really good to know I can pop in anytime and expect a nice, hot burger and fresh fries around the clock.
I waited 36 min for my food had to go in and they said they forgot about it this place is the worst so called fast food place in town. If I could give it negative stars I would.

It has been years since I eaten Mcdonald's. But we stopped my cousin ordered fresh Fish Sandwiches. From the Northside of Kenosha. It was Delicious, it will be worth another trip.
One of the worst locations in the city of Kenosha for the McDonald's franchise. Definitely don't recommend going to this location after hours . You want McDonald's after 7:00 p.m. don't go to this location
Great experience. Manager very friendly and service was outstanding. This McDonald's is very clean and super chill. Worked there for a few hours without any hassles. Screw Starbucks, this McDonald's has everything you need.
This is located in a convenient location. I love the staff here they are so friendly outgoing and sweet.
