Had placed a mobile order online to be picked up in the store. Went into the store then got kicked out due to the lobby being closed but there was no sign saying the lobby was closed. The doors weren’t even locked. Also the app even allowed me to pick up in the store. Wait 10 minutes in the drive thru to get my mobile order and then was told they don’t have ice cream in the afternoon. Waste of time.
Cold frys and they could careless if they get the oder wrong.
Wait was about 15 mins and all the food came out cold and our drinks were definitely no where near filled. I rarely go to this location, as this is a constant thing there.
I’m not trying to be mean but the girl at the drive thru this morning is not hygienic enough to be handling the public’s food... her smell was very, very bad. Please ask her to take a shower.
Stopped at this McDonald's so my 6 year old could use the bathroom-lobby wasnt open after 7 because of covid..it wasn't even past 7 yet.....really....if you dont want to open the lobby cuz you dont want to clean it or staff it then just be honest. But dont blame a pandemic 2 years later especially now that places are open and vaccines are available. Dont lie.
Our server was the best and made friends with the tabke next to us so now we will be taking a trip to lake geneva to their place and have lunch. It was a wonderful day
Service here sucks. Constantly messing up orders. Always a giant line. People are rude af. Its McDonalds so i really shouldn’t expect simple tasks to be completed.
The people talking orders in drive though dont go in order of how you come the 2 girl in drive are not polite and one wont put her hand out window to give money back i was in 4 times in one day for work and everytime i had to wait in front for order
The drive thru line was long for breakfast, but they got my order right and the food was hot and fresh.
Does not deserve one star, cant post unless selected. This McDonald's has been a problem for the longest time. What kind of a manager fails to give you your entire order then when you go back to the store to get the rest they laugh at you. ? Manager working front counter this morning (8:30am, Saturday November 27) Dosent deserve management even for a McDonald's.
