Very poor service I came and ordered food and manager was rude didn’t want to give me her name and the other employee was like I can’t give you her name cs that’s not my problem I asked for the receipt and gave me the wrong one for me not to report. And she threw a spoon at me for me to mix it. It was at 647am fat girl with glasses and the other girl too they look like twins.
This particular McDonalds on Sheridan Rd and 80th Street is staffed by some of the most incompetent, rude and ignorant people I have ever met. All of them put together couldn't get an order that consisted of two items right, after 10 minutes of waiting, when it was not busy. At no time, did any staff member act in a remotely professional manner the entire time I was there.The manager, Brittany, is so bad at her job, I can only imagine how she attained that position to begin with. She likes to threaten to "kick your *ss" and throw sauce cups like a child, and then run and hide in the back, instead of doing her job, in any capacity. I managed to figure out her name from other staff members, but they didn't tell me directly, I heard them refer to her to each other as they all stood there being just as useless. Brittany herself, refused to provide me with her name, before she started making threats. It's no wonder it is just bad review after bad review about this location. As long as they have incompetent fools like Brittany running the show, it will continue to fail. I'd feel bad for her, if she wasn't such an unapologetically ignorant, poorly trained, inept excuse of a manager. Side note: The humongous false eyelashes Brittany was wearing were as ridiculous as she was ??
They never get my order right. Everytime they forget my sauce and straws. Morning shift is excellent though! But torwards lunch time and dinner they are rude and terrible!
This place is a joke I didn't even eat my food I can't wait till they open So I can return my food there was no Sauce on the Big Mac sandwich no lettuce and the person taking the order was extremely rude when taking the order we will never come back to this place against!!!
First off, first shift that makes breakfast NEVER get the orders wrong and it’s always tasty. 5 stars for first shift.Here’s where it drops to 2 stars though.Lunch and dinner.This year has been notoriously bad with order accuracy at this location. It’s gotten to the point where you need to just ignore the drive through and head inside to order because you know they are going to get your simple order wrong every single time along with flat drinks.Then once they correct your order, you still need to check it because they will get it wrong a second time. There are times where you are there for a half an hour due to order inaccuracy.Once they correct the wrong order after the first or second time, the food is delicious. I just wish I didn’t have to feel the need to go inside because I know the order will be wrong.
Waited 20 minutes with no food. Got money back, but very frustrating. Also shake machine wasn't working and order was actually incorrect.
The staff is mostly nice, & food is...... well, what you'd expect from a McDonalds. Dining in, you have the bonus of listening to old people having super loud conversations about colonoscopies, or ridiculous Qanon conspiracy theories.
Stay far from this franchised owned McDonald's... they always get your order wrong and higher prices than a corporate store...
I always have problems with this McDonalds. Rather it’s a fly in my Orange Juice, egg shell in my egg McMuffin or just today waiting for more than 20 min for someone to take my order, having to drive up to the window to waive someone down just to give them my order. The lady didn’t even apologize after I said we and other people were waiting for 20 min. She also messed up my order. The worse service ever. I didn’t even want to give them one star as they didn’t deserve it.
They take care of their employees before their customers. They cant ever get the order right. I got chocolate shake and the very top is chocolate. The rest is vanilla.
