Would be better if they opened the play area. What good is a McDonald's with a play area if kids can't play in it? It's sitting there empty after a fresh remodel. If your not going to use it why not?
This place is a joke and the employees are getting paid 15.00 an hour. Not sure what manager is running that place but they don't know how to take an order. The guy at the window taking the money is higher than a kite and the one giving the food out is on a second high.
My mac chicken was hard around the edges, I also ordered a lg sweet tea, but they gave me unsweetened tea, so I had to go back and get my sweet tea.
Ask for a 4 Pc nugget with BBQ sauce and ketchup. Get home to find a 3 Pc nugget with sweet and sour sauce and no ketchup. I understand mistakes happen, but for someone to not even be able to notice giving 3 nuggets instead of 4 is just ridiculous.
If I could give it zero stars I would. We just left the drive thru. We ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals with Large fries and Large Sweet Teas, an extra large fry, 2 more large sweet teas, and a cinnamon roll. She read it back, we paid at the window, and pulled forward. We were given our drinks and asked to pull forward. Upon receiving our food we asked the nice gentleman to wait and noticed we were missing out extra large fry. He apologized and went back to get it. A guy who looked just like Ronald Mcdonald (all jokes aside) rudely came out and asked us for our receipt. Having nothing to hide we complied and then he rudely told us that our extra dry was not on the receipt and to drive back thru the drive thru and reorder it. We asked why he couldn't go back and ring it up to bring it out. He said no. We asked for a manager and he said that he was the manager so we asked for his name and he said he didn't have to give that and walked away. We tried calling back to request for the real manager but the line is miraculously busy. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Like we really were trying to scam this establishment for a large fry that we ordered and were confirmed back.....smh. Horrible customer service!!!
You ask for fresh order and your get wilted fries and a cold cheeseburger. This particular McDonald had little flies buzzing around the soda, also the area was filthy with garbage full as well as the area needed a wipe down.
This McDonald's messed up our order horrifically. The 10 piece nuggets were cold and obviously sat out to long, they did not provide an entire burger, and one of our happy meals they did not even include the burger patty. I will never order from this McDonald's again. And I recommend you don't either.
I understand about being short staffed as many of the business are. However after waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru I didn't get the chocolate milk that was ordered with our large order. After finding out that the doors were locked, I called. The manager wanted me to wait back into the drive thru line as 6 more cars are in line and wait another 15 minutes as my food was getting cold. Customer service is aweful here and so does the management. No wonder they have a low rating. The McDonald's by the interstate is much better and I will drive out of my way to get good customer service.
Terrible experience gave the guy our order and went to make the sodas and the orange fanta came out clear. Tried both machines and then went back up to tell the guy. He said oh our Fanta is out try the Hi C. Hi C is not Fanta and he should have told us when we ordered. It was just me and my grandson and the 2 that wanted Fanta were not with us so I got the hi C and hoped they would like it. We had 4 drinks and a big bag of food for me and my 11 year old grandson to carry so I went up and asked for a drink tray. The guy said they were out of them so I said how are we supposed to carry it all. He then gave me 2 trays that he said were only for delivery. When we got home the fry’s were terrible, they were hard like they were stale. The burgers had just been thrown together with half the chees hanging out the side. They were melted and you can’t move it as it is already stuck to the bun. 100% dissatisfied with the food and the service. Not the experience that we are used to at other stores. This is the second time we’ve had a bad experience at this location and will never be back. #McDonalds
I am CONSTANTLY having to report food missing to door dash. How you managed to forget half an order is beyond me. Do you just not care/double check or are you taking our food for yourself? Everytime we get food here is a toss up of weather or not we will actually get our food. Yall need to do better or hire more competent employees and doordash needs to remove this location or let us select it.
