Would prefer to rate ZERO stars if I could! Ordered a classic sausage and a 3 meat online. Email confirmation said it’d be ready between 6:12-6:17pm, half an hour after I placed my order. When I arrived at 6:12, the pizzas weren’t in the oven yet. While waiting, two other customers cancelled their orders and walked out. An employee, although short-staffed and clearly super busy, decided to take a smoking break. Another employee offered a customer she personally knew free crazy bread for the wait. I had been waiting just as long as him so asked for free crazy bread as well. The employee told me she didn’t have any to offer. Interesting. She just gave her friend some, in front of all the rest of us. Save yourself the time, money, headache and discrimination and go somewhere else.
Absolutely the worst Little Caesars store in the area. Placed my order online as I had done several times before. I showed up to the store at the time I was quoted. When I arrived I was told it would be “another minute or two.” The girl working the front then disappeared. 15 minutes goes by, then another customer is helped by the girl finishing pizzas and she asks for my name. She looks and tells me that one of my pizzas is still in the oven and will be out in a minute. In the meantime. I’m taking in a very unhappy tone with another customer and someone, who I can only assume is a manager asks if there is a problem. I said yes and explained what the problem was. She said something about how the times only being an estimate. I know she is LYING. Most likely they forgot to make my second pizza. I know this because my other pizza and crazy bread were sitting ready under the warmer the entire time I was waiting. Just accept that YOU are wrong and made a mistake. Apologize to the customer and make it right. It’s called accountability.
Was told our food would be done and ready for pickup between 7:15 and 7:25. Showed up at 730. Were told our food wasn't even in the oven yet and would be at least another 20 minutes. This has happened every time we pre order our food at this location (weekend or week day) and there's never any hot and ready pizza available except for occasionally during the middle of week days. Go to any other pizza place
Ordered here many times no problem usually just fine. I don't know who I passed off for them to make my pizzas like this. HUGE clumps of pepperoni only in a few spots on the pizza, did they just dump all the cheese that was there on my two pizzas? HUGE amounts of sauce in one area, NO SAUCE AT ALL in others. Have to say, it must have took some hard work to destroy a pizza this bad, or the cook is just that dumb. One or the other. Either way I wont be going back again. Just terrible
I just drove across town to find out my order had been cancelled. I understand that staffing is short, but more than an email notice 15 minutes before the pickup time would have been helpful. That may seem like enough time but especially when it is via email is ultimately very unhelpful.
Half the time they aren’t even open during normal business hours and the other half you can’t buy a pizza in the store. All orders have to be made online. No cash. The icing on the cake is the employees smoking and loudly complaining about the working conditions of the store right outside the front door.
Online order only... seriously... i drive across town for a HOT AND READY pizza... only to be told i can place an order in person and i have to use the app. That defeats the whole purpose of HOT AND READY. I understand short staff... but the whole point of your store is hot and ready... and with no way know ahead of time. Its a huge waste of time.
New Years Eve party . Ordered 4 pizzas for our kids at 1pm to be delivered at 6:30. Received an email at 7:00pm refunding our money and never delivered the pizza. Called the store. They were closed. Thanks for screwing my kids over.
They had a sign "short staffed online order only," so I ordered online from my car.Despite being SUPER busy, 2 pizzas were done in 10 minutes for me and the staff was super polite and nice!Was good as well!
This place is so mismanaged!! The slogan is “Hot-n-ready” but nothing is ever ready!! EVER!!! Between having to have exact change and waiting half hour for food is crazy!!
