I work late, so my wife picked up a 12 piece dinner for me tonight.When I got home I opened the bucket of chicken. Thinking she purchased an 8 piece meal I told her that there were no breasts in the bucket. 4 thighs, 2 wings and 2 legs. She showed me the receipt and she was charged for a 12 piece meal.This is an absolute rip off. We were charged $32+ for 8 pieces of chicken with no breasts..I promise you in the morning many phone calls will be made about this transaction. Absolutely ridiculous.** Update: We spoke to the manager, Kay, and she made it right. She was very courteous and professional. Thank you.

Horrible Service! I placed an order throughMobile pickup and door to restaurant was locked! It’s 8:32 PM and drove through drive-thru and was told they ran out of food! This restaurant is supposed to be open until 10 PM! My order isn’t even cancelled by the restaurant and shows ready for pickup! I gave my phone number and they didn’t even bother to give me a call!!! Poor customer service and horrible way to manage a restaurant!!!!!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could! Probably won’t see my money back either! Definitely leaving a Yelp review too!

Hello, my name is Zachary. I’m not someone to generally make a big deal or complain or act up towards an establishment so I believe a review will do just fine. Working in any industry, I believe customer recovery can make or break an experience with a customer. It started when I ordered through the app to the KFC here in Bristol. I was excited to get the famous bowl pickup as it comes with a famous bowl, a cookie and a drink. Now we can all agree that food places don’t make their profit from a drink and a cookie. So when I had gotten my food in which I thought I had ordered the famous bowl pickup, I even remember picking out the strawberry lemonade I wanted, I didn’t get it at the window so I politely had asked them if there was a drink on the order as I had only received the famous bowl. They responded with no and so I had checked my receipt on my phone and it was true. I had only ordered the famous bowl. My mistake. So I explain to them that the famous bowl itself is $5.49 and the famous bowl pickup was $5.99 so if I give you a full dollar, may I get my drink and cookie? I was declined by the manager and told them that it was my mistake so they only gave me what I ordered. As this is true, I tried to be very polite to get the order and not spend the $3 more they were trying to get from me for the drink and cookie. This is frustrating because like I had initially stated, yes I made the mistake but they couldn’t help resolve it. They left me an upset customer, for this, I leave this review.
Chicken was very chewy and biscuit was hard. Famous bowl was barely warm and didn't come with a cookie. It's drive thru only so we had to eat in the car. Long line at drive thru and we needed to get home. Not going back to this KFC again.
Dine in was closed but the drive thru moved along quickly and our order was hot and fresh. Friendly staff.
The food was good but the prices are high for what you get also they forgot one side
Their menu hasn't changed in years, but yet the prices have sky rocketed.. I'll pass, but fast service that day we visited
Very quick service for large order. Everything was correct
