I go here every Monday night, order almost the same thing every time. They have NEVER messed up an order until tonight. I walked in to get the missing items, and was immediately apologized to. They began gathering the missing items and I could see how understaffed they were. I heard someone say something about being short 5 people, but for being that understaffed they were still making it work. I was again apologized to and given my missing items, I was waiting only a minute. I wish I could leave the entire staff a giant Christmas gift. They are all amazing
Customer service was amazing. I normally dont go to KFC but decided to try something new and the food was good but the customer service will keep me going back.

For over a year now this KFC will not open indoor ordering so you have to wait in a long line at the drive-thru and then you get the world's smallest chicken thighs and chicken wings I mean these must be baby chicks that they're slaughtering to give you a wing and a thigh.
