Absolutely terrible customer service!! All workers had terrible service no one was nice or smiled no one said anything when we walked in our order number was never called our food just sat up there. Had to ask for our cup that came with our combo. Went to go get ice for my drink and it had mold in the ice brought it to the lady cleaning tables attention and she just looked at us so we asked for manager and he put out of order on machine won't be back at all. When we were leaving no thank you or have a good night! Worst customer service!! If you want a sandwich go down the street to Jersey Mike's way better and good service don't waste your time with this place!
Customer service has gone way down here. We have pretty much givin up on Jimmy John’s now. We will stand at the register, waiting to order, and literally no one will say a word. Everyone can see us, approximately 6 people, and just ignores that we are there. I would understand if we just walked up; however, we will stand there for 5 minutes before I have to ask if they are taking orders. I thought this may have been a one off but this has happened 4 times now. The last two times we went in the sandwich’s we’re made wrong. We always say thank you, when we eventually are givin our orders, and no one replies. This used to be a great place, not anymore. They badly need new management. Bad service, incorrect orders, and long long wait times. We will not go back.
I just recently experienced a not so great transaction. I ordered online for delivery that didn't even inform me that they delivered. Then they lied to me on the phone when I complained about the delivery service. Second I didn't get everything that I ordered I ordered a sandwich with chips and a pickle I only received a sandwich. The sandwich was not fresh at all it was disgusting. Extremely disappointed. They didn't even offer me a refund or anything.
Kenosha location .Place the order online. Was told would be ready in 20 minutes .I showed up in 35 minutes the order was not ready. I was told no one made the order for some strange reason but it would be 10 minutes and they could get it for me. I was on my lunch break so I had to cancel the order because I did not have time to wait. I went to Jimmy John's website and did the contact us thing. they told me they would forawd it to the location manager. I never heard from them. I went back to the website and they did not even reply to me. It's nice to know that they don't care and I will never go there again.Excellent job Jimmy John's!!!
Usually the sandwiches are great! Today I was given hard, most likely day old bread. Very disappointing.
Great and Super clean location. Staff is always kind & I've Never had an issue with my order. They are fast and efficient.
I called the Kenosha location and tried to get a quote on food for a business meeting. At my company we have to submit a quote/invoice over to finance and get it approved before we can make a purchase for anything. I call and try to explain this to the manager and she just does NOT get it. I’ve done this many times for business meetings. She starts talking about no we can’t do that because people will run off with food or won’t show up for food. I’m like… I just need a quote… you don’t have to send the order back to the team yet (I’ve worked on restaurants before)… she then gives a hard NO WE CANT DO THAT… I’m just thinking to myself “Why am I arguing with someone about “SPENDING” my money”. Crazy
Delivery driver was flipping off a car it was tailgating and yelling out the window, it was while he was about to pull back into this location. I couldn’t believe what I saw with their logo on top of car. I usually order from here but not with that kinda employees. Do better
Jimmy John's, my last 5 orders spanning over a year or more have not been delivered in under one hour. The managers of the Kenosha store should really look into this. After reading your reviews, I am clearly not the only one with a similar complaint. It's definitely far from freaky fast.
Ordered 2 sandwiches and a wrap. My bread was so hard it would have worked better as a weapon. If they’re using bread this stale i can’t imagine how stale the other ingredients are.
