Even though I am disabled and have a heck of a time going in places, they absolutely refused to bring my order out to me, and when I went in to get it there were two people pretty much standing around. The sandwiches however we're great.
if jersey mikes is working with door dash then my food should not have been 14 mins late and soggy by the time it gets here then today when I called the store to follow up after the poor service the other day a young lady answered the phone and stated she was the sh8ft lead I asked for her name she said she couldn't give it to me so I asked for a manager and she placed me on hold for an hour until brie came in for her shift at 12pm!
Went for a couple sandwiches even though they were busy the sandwich is still came through very quickly staff was very polite very social even though the store is relatively new i think this is going to be one of my favorite restaurants
I stopped in to try and I will never return. The sandwiches are too wet. The staff was awful. Do children run establishments now. Mcdonalds has better service and that is saying alot
First time... the staff was friendly and very helpful. The sub was the best I've ever had. Will definitely be back
Growing pains. It's a new location. Customer service is always lacking. Food quality is great. Price is Jersey Mike's. It's high, but you forget every time you take a bite of that sandwich. I've never had a bad one at any locations.
Was in the area for mexican,, however it was closed..so right next door was mikes...we decided to try it since subway has gone way down hill! We were blown away! Delicious food, fresh but still made fast, staff was so friendly and nice! Pleasant all the way Around!!! Will definitely be back, and often!
I have been in here a few times at this new location, and let me just say the people in there are so sweet and friendly, the food is great as well. The reason I have such a low rating is because of repeatedly seeing a manager, (or whoever this is) treating his coworkers very poorly. I feel as if every time I go in there he is talking to them in a very rude manner over a small mistake that even another person wouldn’t take so seriously. They would ask a simple question, and he would get an attitude, or they would do something that maybe he wouldn’t like for some reason? I just feel as if every time I am in there it is something else, and I feel bad for them just taking it, most of them seem to be very young, please take this into consideration and have a close watch on who is making this environment not so friendly.
Sooooo I have a taste for a sandwich after trying one in Chicago Amtrak station,so I order a Philly cheese and a turkey provolone the Philly was so frickin salty and the turkey had oil dripping down my arm.$30 worth of bad food??My bestie got the bacon ranch it was full of oil as well.
If you want something different then the typical sandwich shop there cheesesteak sandwiches are very good they are a little on the pricey side but all in all it is worth it even the cold subs I have had from them are good and if you want a treat try there brownies they are soft and chew just like a brownie should be
