I never like their pancakes. They just brake so ease. The sunny side eggs are uncooked. Bacon no good. My experience at this place having been too satisfied. Hope don't have too come back again. ( my youngest kid invited me) other then that, I prefer to cook my own breakfast.
I understand due to Covid it is hard to find employees. When seating customers please give us some space. There is no need to shut down the other half of the restaurant. The employees were great. Service was a bit slow. It happens when short staffed. The big picture my daughter and daddy breakfast was a good time. Please just give your customers some space.
Even when you expect nothing, apparently you can still be let down. My omelette was flabby and bland, the coffee was watered down, the service was slow and unresponsive. Things were forgotten from our order. I had a side of sausage that came at the end of my meal which was cold that I had to ask to be removed from our check. Sometimes I want to believe that people are doing their best, this did not feel like there was much effort involved one way or another. The company was good, but I brought that myself so I guess I can’t really give the restaurant credit for that.
"Great Experience"I dined at IHOP last week I was SURPRISED. As I entered the parking lot for IHOP I thought they were closed. The windows are so tinted that I did not know if they were open. I arrives at 4:00pm they NEED a "open" sign in there west AND south window. The wait staff was friendly and was very attentive to my needs. My "Breakfast Sampler" WAS GREAT. My eggs were cooked perfectly. I loved the ham, sausage and bacon. I have had breakfast sausage links at OTHER restaurants and they were unpleasant. My pancakes were the best pancakes I have tasted. IHOP will be my regular restaurant to dine from now on. I like eating breakfast at ANY TIME of the day: especially at dinner time. My dining experience was FIVE STARS.
Went for a late dinner (8 pm) on a Sunday night. Only myself and my husband plus one other table. First impression when we walked in was the entry way had just been mopped with a strong smell of cleaner - a good thing. Our waitress shouted that she would be right there, and when she came to get us, apologized profusely for the (approximately 2 min) wait. She was an amazing server! Alba was fast, super friendly and engaging, and simply a star at her job. She was the only out front staff, so she was busing and waiting tables along with cleaning, and she did it all with no complaint. Now, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the food at IHOP is not as good as it used to be. The pancakes were smallish as we're the hash browns, but they were still tasty. This is not the fault of this particular IHOP; I have experienced this at other IHOPs. They don't have the different flavored syrups anymore either, which is what used to make IHOP stand out. Corporate IHOP has been letting things slide for years. This particular visit though was wonderful due to a great server. She is the reason why we'll be back.
I decided my family should eat here, my three kids and husband. I ordered the strawberry pancakes and some side. The eggs were not over-medium, like I requested, and the hash browns did not taste good at all. It tastes burnt. The best thing I ate to freshen my palate was the strawberry pancakes. I do not think that the strawberries tasted fresh, so that is something to keep in mind.
Food was okay, heat in the building was definitely turned off. Took 15 minutes to get our drink orders, 15 to get food, our waitress then disappeared for 45 minutes, we asked for more pancakes with the all you can eat, those took 15 minutes. We asked for our check and she double charged us for the all you can eat pancakes. When we asked for the charge taken off she said she needed to wait for the manager to respond to her to get the code. That took about another 20 minutes. I have been to this establishment about a half dozen times and never have received adequate service.
Was over charged and it took over 20 minutes to be corrected. Service was slow and faulty and the building was freezing. The bathrooms are absolutely atrocious, grimey, smelly, and dirty. Mozzarella sticks were hollow and drink had a hair in it. On top of it all everything. Was. So. Slow. Being seated and placing a drink order alone took over 20 minutes. Do not recommend.
Waitress was incredibly rude! I asked if they were open because they looked dead, and just got stared at. I was finally told yes, they are open, after asking multiple times and multiple people. I went out to grab my friend. We went inside and were told that we weren't getting served because the kitchen was closed. I was visibly upset, I complained and was nastily told that the waitress wasn't going to serve us because she didn't like my attitude. I will never go back here.
I had the $6.99 breakfast with all you can eat pancakes. Everything was good including the coffee. I'll go back again.
