Have an issue? Don't expect it to be resolved by management, bc the server had to go back to ask for him three times before she finally came back and pretty much told us he won’t come out of the back.The service was phenomenal by our server. I’m upset that I forgot her name.. Just make sure you have your own change for $100 bc the manager won’t help a server break it when she didn’t have the change, as we were her first table.
Our server ( I can't remember her name but she was pregnant ) was amazing. She was attentive and very friendly! The culinary team was wonderful and very good at their job. I definitely will be coming again
I had the potstickers, cheesecake rangoons and 3 plates of food. Everything was really tasty, will definitely eat there again. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because when the grill cook cracked the egg for my boyfriends meal, he left some eggshell behind in the food. Definitely something they should take into consideration.
Pick your own raw ingredients and watch a very talented cook prepare the food for you. I recommend two bowl one with noodles and the other with meat and veggies. Load up on sauces too the flavor gets cooked into everything. Great clean restaurant friendly staff and the cook was awesome. Get an egg and two bowls just to watch the cool way the cook does bowl flips and cracks the egg. Definitely plan on coming back

Ashley L you kick a$$! Tonight Ashley asked me if Reese (my daughter) could see the fire show for a birthday. Before I could say yes she was dragging her high chair over lol. Great staff as always! I’ve just never had a bad time here or bad food! Thank you guys for making our dinner fun!

I was there to eat on sunday feb 20th with some friends and id just like to point out how amazing my server Amy was. She was so nice and on point for how busy it was! The whole team looked like they were doing the best they could with the amount of staff at hand. 10/10 would recommend coming here to eat! Amazing food and service!
Love this restaurant and we go there a lot but tonight merits a comment . The place was filthy and they were clearly understaffed though everyone looked like they were trying. The contents bar hadn’t been filled or cleaned up the entire time we were there and the counters were nasty . The sauce bar was worse and wasn’t touched at all while we there . Don’t get me wrong we always have enjoyed it and if it wasn’t for everything we chose getting blasted on a flat grill we would have left . It may be awhile before we try it again which is too bad.UPDATE - I spoke to the manager today and he acknowledged the issues while valuing my feedback . I truly appreciated the time he took to listen and I am changing my rating to what we normally feel about the place - we will be back soon ?
