Didn't like the attitude of the male who sat us. My daughter who is 7 wanted to sit at the grill. Because he assumed she would order from the kids menu he would not sit us there. We asked why we couldn't sit at the grill we got no answer. Our waitress explained that had to be minimum of 4 ppl (which we had. The only reason they get 3 stars is because of the waitress. She had to bus her own tables and take and serve orders.
This place is the absolute best sushi I’ve ever had in my whole life. I swear to you. It’s famous for a reason. Customer service is amazing, the wait is never long even if they have a rush of people, the hibachi is extremely entertaining to watch, etc. I go with my boyfriend every other week. The prices are amazing and the taste of everything is even better. This place warms my heart.
Had pretty good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. The fish wasn't particularly fresh for the sushi and the styles of rolls they had were unimaginative and fairly basic. Sticky rice was dry. All around pretty disappointing.
Went for lunch, food was good although it it meals came out staggered. what prompts my one star review is I witnessed a (male) server drop silverware on the floor pick it up and deliver to the table. I told my server who said she would tell the manager. After no one going over and giving new silverware to those guests I told my server that if they didn’t fix the situation I would go over and tell them (the guests who were unaware) about what had happened. My server told the male server to go over and they started to laugh about it, I’m not sure they were aware I could here there conversation. For this very reason we will not be back
I love eating here, they're food is amazing. Came with my 10 month old daughter and the sushi chef was like her new best friend!
Great Sushi, great staff, fast service. One of my favorite spots now. My wife and kid love it as well. All the food we've had here has been awesome. Check it out you won't regret it.
Had a wonderful and amazing experience with my daughter here.Good service and excellent food, very well prepared & freshly delivered to us within quite a few moments of requesting.Of course the hibachi was nice to watch and enjoy seeing worked also.All in all, very nice place; And quite well placed together. =)
PLEASE DISREGARD ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW WRITTEN ABOUT HONADA. I have been here h u n d r e d s of times over the past 11 years. Why do you think I keep coming back? For every birthday, holiday, anniversary? This is the restaurant that made me fall in love with sushi. Anyone who says their service was bad, or they weren’t addressed when they walked into the restaurant, or the staff didn’t do anything about issues with food, must have had their eyes closed when they walked in and are writing a review about the wrong restaurant. Food will come out early or cold from time to time; that’s a product of going to a good, busy restaurant. I’d bet the farm that bringing the problem to the staff’s attention will get your food either remade or comped. This is my go to, and I will live and die by this food, atmosphere, and staff. Fast and delicious food, world class service, and an overall 5 star dining experience. HONADA FOREVER.
