I brought a family member here from overseas promising the real Chicago deep dish experience. This was my first time going to Giordano’s. I was expecting something grand, like in the ball park of Lou Malnati’s. Since I’m from NYC my pizza standards are high. What we actually got was a high cost, cheap tasting pizza, that was comparable to Ellio’s pizza (that frozen pizza from a box in elementary school that you were disappointed wasn’t Domino’s instead) except much more expensive. My family member refuses to try deep dish again after this. I can’t blame them.
Order pizza for delivery, when pizza arrived was hot and 15 minutes earlier then they told me . Great place to order from .
Good was delicious and the service was even better. Our server Morgan was great. Very attentive and was always making sure we had what we needed. Wonderful experience.
If you love deep dish pizza or just pizza in general then Giordano's is a great place to try. The service is great and so is the food. They also have pasta dishes available.
Second time I’ve come here. First time for lunch and their oven didn’t work and didn’t tell us u til sitting for a half hour. Today we went for lunch and waited for 40 minutes just to get our salad it’s now been over an hour and just got our lunch single pizzas, this is a deep dish I guess! Will never come back
We had the deep dish meat pizza. We all really liked it. The cheese was good and the crust was crispy. Gave it 4 stars because it wasn't as warm as we would of hoped. It took 45 minutes to get the pizza we were expecting it to be piping hot and it wasn't. Other than that we would definitely eat here again.
We ordered before we came and the pizza was ready when we got here! Nice atmosphere and friendly servers. Morgan was our server. She was friendly and asked about my husband's trip he was taking. She brought me a refill without me having to ask. Such great service! And the pizza was delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant!
Great service and the pizza was fantastic. My server took time to explain that the deep dish pizza takes awhile to cook. It was well worth the wait. Our server was Anthony and he was great!
Best Chicago style pizza I ever had.
Last night’s dinner was amazing!! We decided to have a gal’s night out and nothing paired better than hot deep dish pizza and some cold brews and wine! After this pandemic last night was much needed. The service was great as always! The pizza was exactly what he had imagined! Perfect! Thank you Kenosha Giordano’s for yet another satisfying experience! We will Definitely be back!
