Always friendly cheerful employees, Love the seasonal coffee flavors & great prices!

Drive thru is a bit convoluted. Of the last five orders, four have been wrong. This last time, I ordered a caramel machiatto and got a milk with caramel. Previously, it was always a mixup of ordering hot and getting cold; they are always good at correcting but this location needs work. I would go to the one further East but the logistics of that drive thru is even worse. Both locations should move to bigger areas.

Was told 'we don't have those' when we ordered a few different kinds of donuts, he didn't really elaborate lol. Didnt get donuts. We got 2 sandwiches, there was only a 3 minutes gap in between ordering and getting our food (which is good time wise!) but one of the sandwiches still had frozen egg and sausage and the other was colder than room temp which was weird because they should've been made after we ordered them lol

Now look, I understand people have bad days. Or things don’t always go as planned but today it was a catastrophe. I usually get egg and cheese wake up wraps. Sometimes they come a little burnt but that’s okay I’ll eat around it, but today. Today I ordered one wake up wrap and upon grabbing the packaging holding the wrap I noticed it felt more full. I seen that I had received two wake up wraps, the first one being absolutely horrifying. So I think to myself “oh, maybe they just messed this one up the other one should be fine.” No. I was wrong. Both of the wake up wraps tortillas shells were as hard as a stale Dorito. I open the inside up to the cheese literally being imbedded to the tortilla shell. The egg was the only part that didn’t make me want to shed a tear. So here I am $20+ later with two drinks, and a hashbrown that seem to be edible. The wrap was breaking as I held it. Like I stated above, some people have bad days but this was overall carelessness. Just go to Starbucks.

Horrible service from a manager for a simple request. We came here 1/24 @ 3:53am and ordered two drinks. When we received our drinks my husband asked for a straw as we did not receive it as well as napkins because there was junk on the cup. She handed him the straw angrily and closed the window. He waited and politely asked for napkins and the receipt. She handed him about 30 napkins very rudely, my husband stated “you don’t have to be angry, I just want to clean my cup and may I please have napkins” she shut the window as he was talking. He wanted for her to open the window again and she was extremely livid at this point my husband asked for the receipt and she stated she gave it to him “he stated he didn’t have it and he does need it as well as her name” she stated “I’m a manager here” my husband responded that does not matter, I need your name please and my receipt. She stated she couldn’t provide the receipt and they were a privately opened company so her name doesn’t matter. We stated we are not leaving until we receive our receipt in which she stated “I would need to re-ring the order” we stated, please do so” she then closed the window and called for a gentleman to assist her. He then asked why we needed the receipt in which we stated “because we made a transaction and need it”. She chimes in “the transaction is already completed!” The gentleman provided the receipt and stated her name is Renee. The receipt stated a name of Denitsa. I would not want this person working in my establishment serving my customers especially as a manager “leading” my team. Crazy to me this manager or anyone for that matter would treat someone like that. You are in the line of customer service… that means serving customers and we asked for two simple things.

Unbelievable! A sugar rush on steroids. The Fresh selection of patries was overwhelming. A old brand that has reinvented itself. The coffee and drinks were on point too.

Much better than the one in downtown Libertyville. They fill your cup full and are quick!!

I had to drive 25 min to the border with kenosha wisconsin for a coffee, this is the only dunkin donuts open really late at night in this north are of lake county Ill

Almost every night I go here. The staff need to be retrained. When you specifically ask for NO CREAM, in your coffee and mocha only, black, and every single time you receive your coffee whiter than ever and they emphasize that there is no cream, something is wrong. I know how the mocha swirl looks without cream in my coffee. Every other Dunkin location knows how to make my coffee. People have ALLERGIES and request their coffee certain ways for a reason.

It was someone new he made my drink wrong.I asked for a peppermint mocha and I got a hot coffee with peppermint and cream but the young lady took care of it.
