Ordered a flavored iced coffee and 6 doughnuts. The coffee tasted absolutely horrible. Like they just poured a coffee from a coffee pot into a cup and added a splash of caramel. The doughnuts were horrendous. You could tell they gave me whatever nobody else wanted. They were dry, Hard, and stale tasting. It's clear this location doesn't care about their customers.I hope this place gets shut down. Lazy, Careless management/ team.

Do not recommend going here. I ordered this off Door dash so the store picked was random I guess. I called them directly to get a refund but when I called it went straight to voicemail- but you can’t even leave a voicemail because they don’t have it set up. Thankfully I got the refund back from door dash, but don’t go here. The fact someone probably saw this and still put it in the toaster is a little concerning.

I used to go here on a regular but have wasted so much money getting the wrong donuts is so frustrating. The fact that they don't separate the powered Bavarian cream, the powered Is chocolate cream, ans the powered white cream I don't think they will ever get my order right but it sucks when you buy 4 dozen and get the wrong order for one of them.

The girls there made us feel very pushed off. Being their only customer at the time they didn't want to listen to us long enough to make sure to get the order right. They didn't take their jobs serious and made us feel uncomfortable. And the donuts were hard

This location is hit or miss. Slow waiting times and you sometimes have to repeat yourself several times when they ask what you ordered, even after they have confirmed it the first time. With the visit today they still left out part of my order. At least the coffee was hot. Seems to be a young and less experienced staff with no leadership or managers around to oversee things.

I should have listened to the reviews about this one in 75th. I have nothing but problems every time I go. If it’s not morning they only have 1-2 people working that never know what they’re doing and will ask you questions they should know. Nothing is ever prepared if you order food. I waited 20 minutes for food I couldn’t even eat. I couldn’t get a picture of the nasty hasbrowns they served me because I threw them away right away. I’m so mad I just wasted over $20 here. I’ll never go here again

I call they said nothing, next call says voice-mail is not set up. Went there I see drive thru backed up into traffic. I go in, 3rd in line...5 minutes...not only is the counter being neglected because staff is too busy working the drive thru that they can't look at nor speak to customers at the counter. When the lady I front of me said she was waiting over 30 minutes. I called out to the manager and asked why they're no helping the counter? "We're busy there's only 2 of us, you can go through drive thru for faster service." They should lock the doors if they can't handle customers inside in between drive thru orders short staffed or not.

We went there on our way out of town for a trip, I ordered a coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant and my fiance ordered a plain bagle with butter. What we got was a bagle with cream cheese and mu sandwich was so so so cold. I tried to call them 6 times to get my money back or a coupon to replace the food and all I kept getting was ringing and then "this voicemail had not been set up". Absolutly ridiculous.

I used to work at this location. Avoid at all costs. When I worked here, I was never taught, nor did I ever witness anyone cleaning dishes. I actually cared about doing job and would regularly stay an hour beyond my scheduled work time to properly close.. this went on for months until I decided I had enough. I was 16 at the time, working alone. Management does not care about employees, and management does not care about you either. For your safety, do not go to this location under any circumstances.
