Ok for the most part. I don't ways feel the drivers read the special directions given. I ask for plates and napkins and call ahead to make sure they are available. More likely than not, the plates do not come and there's usually some excuse as to why. Service could br better by just being honest.
I’m watching them make food, no gloves while making pizza , one of them has a beard not beard net. They are handling equipment, answering phones going from one area to another with out washing there hands. This is just nasty, come on corporate you have to have standards.
The store it's self is amazing. They have fixed issues with orders without hesitation. The pizza is always amazing and tastes fantastic. The companies online ordering is a joke. Couple times I have placed an online order and it was sent to a different location. Tried contacting corporate and they won't respond or answer calls.
I had the worst encounter with the management (girl) yesterday very rude disrespectful and poor customer service. She told me not to come into the store because I was upset my order was wrong. I asked her Wouldn’t you be to there was no response. The staff was apologizing when I arrive as she failed to do so.
The Domino's on 75th in Kenosha makes good food. However, the service is not good. I once called to order. My husband left home to pick up. Twenty minutes later the phone was still ringing. My hubz told them, that's probably my wife on the phone, are you going to answer? I called his cell and told him they are not answering. Terrible service.
This location is absolutely fantastic. I don’t get the Yelp reviews, so those people must be crazy. I have been ordering from this location for years now and it’s been absolutely stellar. Super fast delivery, once in less than 25 minutes. I can’t believe how fast that is, it’s 2.5 miles away with lights and traffic and the bake time, AND the pizzas were perfect!!! Once a box was dented, they offered to replace the entire pizza, of course I declined because it was just the box, and those get tossed anyway, but WOW!!! They super care about quality and the drivers are all amazing. Tip them all well, way higher than the 25%, they are worth it.
I normally have no issues with this dominos, they are fast and nice. I ordered what I always get, a pizza with extra sauce but today there was literally no sauce. I don't know if there was mistake made but hopefully this review will make sure that they are always performing their best and keeping their pizza consistent. I absolutely hate a dry pizza and that is exactly what I got.
It is close to home and inexpensive.
Food is always hot, fresh, & delicious. Delivery service is quick, the drivers are friendly and on time, and their app is easy to use.
