I have visiting this Dairy Queen for the past 9 months and every time that I visit I regret going there. The staff always responds in a negative attitude and the quality of the products served are sloppy and under served. I hated going there and after this final time I will no longer be a customer of Dairy Queen. Opt for better quality ice cream treats for your money!
Come here every Friday for blizzards. Love it! One suggestion...instead of using brownies in the mint brownie blizzards for st Patty's, hook up with the girl scouts and make it with the thin mints cookies. Brownies are too tasteless.
Food is always good, but staff not so much. Shame that this is all that the workforce could provide the customers. These kids have minimal to no respect for customers.
The owner is friendly and very attentive of his staff.remodeled very beautiful..

I go to Dairy Queen for ice cream and it's hands down one of the best ice cream places to go to in general.
Our most recent experience was lacking customer service! While ordering there was a sign saying “ we are short handed please be kind and patient” well what about the other way around? Their customer service was non existent… no personality at all. I asked again how much it was he grabbed my card and never told me and handed my items one at a time like he was in a hurry to get them out of there. BTW we where the only one in line! I think being king goes both ways! You can’t ask for the customer to be kind when the employees aren’t?!?!The food was good and hot…the blizzard was awesome! Work on customer service!
Got 35$ worth of DQ they gave me old cold fries for 2 of my combos. Asked before I drove off if they were old. He didn't reply just offered to remake them. I said sure gave him them back only to be given 2 new fry orders with the bottom half the same old fries under hot fresh ones. Well played kid, I won't come here again. Minimum wage work requires minimum wage. Cut kids pay he will work harder. Promise.
It might have been really good, if we hadn't gotten food that had been sitting for a long time. At least it was warm, unlike my white gravy. It was as cold as the milk they had just used to make it. NOT IMPRESSED!!! The chicken strip with white gravy is something I crave. And we don't have a DQ by us that sells anything but ice cream.I was soooooo excited to FINALLY get some DQ lunch. BIG JERKS!! They ruined it.
They always mess up orders but it's not nasty just not enough paying attention I assume..
