Hi there,This review has been a few weeks coming, but I've been quite busy. I recently visited from Virginia and have never had Culver's before. The lady who helped my family named Courtney was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining the menu to us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. She really took her time and was very friendly, which I really appreciate. I forgot to grab one of my drinks and she ran it out to the parking lot for us to make sure we got it. We were really surprised at how far she went to make our experience positive and I just want to thank her. Not only that, but the restaurant was clean and our food was amazing. The cheese curds were the best cheese curds I've ever had. I will definitely be returning if I visit Wisconsin in the future. Good going, Culver's!
I just got done going there trying to get something simple like two double scoops of ice cream. One was falvor of the say the other vanilla with hot fudge and cookie dough. Problem 1 double scoops were more like singles and I didn't even get my cookie dough absolutely garbage for the price I paid I got half of the product.
Was really impressed with my ‘concrete mixer’ strawberry shake. Super good cheese burger ?. Will go back to Culver’s next time in Wisconsin.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Had to go back twice to get all items ordered. Food good and fresh.
We stopped in at Culver’s in Kenosha at the advice of Wisconsin locals (we are from Vancouver BC Canada). We ordered the deep fried 10 piece shrimp fries and drink combo, cheese burger deluxe combo, chicken strips and fries combo and a wild-cherry concrete mixer. WOW! So delicious - everything! We were all impressed - fresh veggies on the burger - lettuce tomatoe pickle onion - everything served piping hot. Sure - the shrimp was a little greasy but totally expected. Choice of dipping sauces. Our server was a delight, friendly and helpful. We paid, given a table number, went outside in their clean outdoor sitting area and food served within minutes. What I thought was really adorable was all their cute marketing signage on all their products. We arrived in the heart of the lunch rush 1pm on Sunday July 3. Super happy we stopped in and would go back. The burger reminded me of a smash burger - so yummy and NOT greasy, it was also fully cooked!
Great place to stop on our road trip. It's very new and nice. You can tell the owners were very thoughtful of their layout, quality of furnishings and overall clean vibe. There was even a little area for dogs to walk and do their business.
You can't go wrong with Culver's. Custard is always good, food is fresh and consistent from one store to the next. Most important for this old school guy is the staff is always well trained, courteous and genuinely friendly. The Wisconsin Culver's are the best.
I love my culvers. I have come to expect a certain experience when I visit one. The food was up to standard at this location, the lady at the window, (multiple beaded plaits in her hair) not even a little bit. She was down right short with us. I will not return to that store.
We were just there and there was long lines both at drive thru and inside. Courtney was the inside person taking orders and we felt she was Fantastic, Friendly smiling and gave each customer Great Customer Service, she didn't get frazzled because of the lines!
Been going there since they opened and never again after tonight! 4/8/22!! Order online they Fd up the food went in and all the workers laughing including the manger. Still didn’t get one of the food out of my order!!! 52nd st will get my business from now on!
