Their custard is supreme so any ice cream drinks or desserts you order are always great! Flavor of the day always make for something tasty. One of our family favorites are the concrete mixers and if you love chocolate & caramel you gotta try the the Turtle sundae! As for the other food items you can’t go wrong …fries, cheese curds, butter burgers, it’s all yummy! Priced a bit above other fast food but it’s fresh and worth it! A true Wisconsin treasure that I wish could be in lot more places outside the Midwest!
Very sad to write this review, but hopefully it will stir up something within the management at this location (Hwy 31 &158). This location has been on a steady decline over the last 3-4 years, this will be my last resort for a culvers now....I'd rather drive farther to get to a clean one with proper service. This place seems like it's always dirty, food is not up to the Culver's standard in my opinion. The employees are also less than attentive to the customers...... it's bad when there are 5 employees behind the counter and the customer has to ask to be served.
I went to this Culver’s and ordered a butter burger and a fry- took my food home and took two bites to find A HAIR IN MY MOUTH! It was gray so I knew it wasn’t mine nor anyone who lives w me. I called to ask if I could get a new burger and the manager sharron or cheryn answered. When I told her there was a hair in my food she laughed on the phone and said “we’ll we all wear hairnets here” I managed at Culver’s for two years in the town over so I knew that to not be true. She continued to be rude on the phone and told me she would make my burger when I got there. I told her to make my burger now and that I would be there in 5 minutes. I had to drive back out there for her to ask me WHERE THE HAIR WAS! So I pulled the burger apart and sure enough she seen it and then gave me a new burger. There’s a window in Culver’s where you can see the cooks and NOT ONE HAD A HAIRNET ON! I told her I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me on the phone not her laughing at me and she said not to accuse her of anything. This place is RIDICULOUS and this lady needs to be fired. The disrespect was incredible. I’d give 0 ⭐️ If I could!
The lack of customer service at this location continues to amaze me. Went threw drive thru for a shake and two scoops. Was told to pull forward and was forgot about . Waited 15 minutes for a curbside order, then went in to see what was going on and was told my order was forgot about. Asked to speak to a manager and all they could say was they are sorry and they are busy. If you cant run dine in, drive thru and curbside sufficiently then dont offer one of them. People parked in curbside who dinned in.
I order a 1 scoop turtle sundae. I get rung up for a two scoop. So they make me a one scoop, but it was substandard. The manager seemed to be doing some OJT, but the employees are the type that work a few months so they can draw unemployment again. This place is substandard compared with other Culver's. The new normal, trash millennials in the service industry.

Love the ice creams!! Burgers are fresh with decent ingredients. Definitely my favorite place. Whish i had one near me.
I Love Culver's food but unfortunately, this location really stinks at getting your orders correct. They don't just forget a fry, they literally will miss half of your order. I've literally had 4 experiences back to back of my orders being messed up and missing multiple burgers, fries, cheese curds ect. N to make up for it, they give you an ice cream cone voucher... Soooo frustrating. They really need to get better because it's bad enough your Parked sometimes for over 25 mins ,just for them to also screw up the order!! Big No No!!
Updated 2/19/22 Downgrade to a 3 star today is the 3rd time in a row I've spend over $70 to feed my family only to get home and is missing something. First time was both family fries and 6 cheese cups. Second time was a chicken tender meal with cheese curds, and thus last time was family cheese curds.
Foods always good but at the drive thru my order is rarely correct. Missing stuff, wrong items, single burgers instead of doubles. It’s every Culver’s in town too. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about any of it
