Normally, we have no issues, but tonight was terrible. We ordered for pickup knowing it would be busy. Arrived to be ignored for 10 minutes by the lone person making orders. We were finally told they aren't doing online orders tonight. Was told they can't refund the order either. Figured I'd order in person and handle the refund tomorrow with someone else. Nope...they weren't letting anyone else order in person either...an hour before closing.I understand that it was busy and a lot of places are understaffed, but the girl working was very rude and even rolled her eyes at the other person with an online order. She gave gave the other customer a lot of attitude and refused to answer her questions.
If I could leave no stars I would. We placed an online order THROUGH THE COLD STONE APP at 12:30 in the afternoon one day and delivery was to be made at 8:15 in the evening. Our delivery driver showed up to grab the order and the staff turned him away and just told him that online orders were cancelled at 6:30 that evening and they didn’t notify anyone. Apparently this is a common trend here. Our order was placed well before that. Called the location and the staff member that answered was not helpful nor apologetic. Horrible. You’re better off just getting ice cream from Culver’s.
Horrible. One girl was wearing dirty gloves and touching her hair, credit cards etc. They ran out of spoons, ice cream, didn’t know how to make any of the orders once we found an ice cream they had. One woman with long fake eyelashes kept going on her phone then disappeared for twenty minutes to take a call - leaving the other girl alone and swamped. Very dirty, very slow. Got to the car with our ice cream and sample spoons - my sons ice cream had hair in it so we had to toss it. The Gurnee location is further out but is always clean, staffed, and they have spoons and ice cream!

5 stars go out to emily! hardest worker there by far, i came in and she was th only one helping customers. while everyone else was lollygaggin.
Emily... the only worker at the Kenosha location. Did a splendid job and great customer service. This location needs more help from management. Hopefully she can get help. And maybe a raise or a promotion.The 5 stars are for HER.
Emily was the sweetest, she was the only one working that day yet it felt like the whole crew was there. 10/10 service, would recommend!
So good and fresh even the waffle cone was fresh.
