Go in and they say it's an hour wait. We see workers talking and laughing some tables are dirty and need to be cleaned up. But still no staff is moving just laughing and having fun. We asked we have little kids that are hungry and could we get a table sooner no one else in line no one else waiting. They said ok as soon as the table is cleaned off. A family comes from their table complains that they haven been waited on not even water given. All the staff could say is sorry , and let them walk out with out trying to fix it. .still they havent gotten to clean off the table for my group. Still staff is talking and laughing . We leave because they didn't seem interested in heaven customers.. Very poor place to go if you are hungry. They didn't care to about anything but having fun with each other .
A large group of us dined in at the Chili's Grill & Bar in Kenosha, WI last night. As always the food was delicious and our waitress was amazing. I did not happen to catch her name, but she was great with the kids. We were seated in the front of the restaurant in the bar section so I hope you can find out which waitress it was and please give her our gratitude for a job well done!
A great couple of visits lately. Both dinners we had provided good service and good food. I love the quantity for the price - especially with a 3 for $10.99. Last night we did not arrive until after 8 PM. Definitely, the way to get top-notch service... we were one of two couples in that section. We had a great server who was new - did not catch his name.

Food was good. Service fine. BUT background music was so loud and full base, it hurt my ears and made it difficult to converse with waitress as well as my lunch companions. Had asked if music could be turned down a bit. It wasn't.
We had the lunch special. Excellent value. My burger fantastic, my wife's quesada was super. Candace our waitress fast and very friendly. Well worth it.
We eat here regularly and in person is always good. But the online ordering needs work. Our food was supposed to be ready at 5:45 and wasn't ready until 6:15. I know they are understaffed, but then don't set time lines you can't make. Expectation management.
This Chili's must have the BEST manager. The limited staff is incredibly dedicated and unbelievably customer service oriented. It doesn't matter if my order is spot on or just so-so. I never leave disappointed. I own a local bar and would hire their wait staff (or manager!) on the spot. Good for you, Kenosha Chili's! Good for you!
Service was terrible. Tables that came after us received food before us. Our entrees were wrong and their way of fixing that was to bring us everything that was missing on the side, and actually forgetting to bring one key part of the entree. Server never came to check up on us, she actually didn’t even bring out any of our food, another server did. We waited a prolonged period of time for everything. I also strongly believe they are using Culver’s straws. I honestly don’t know how this Chili’s became so down bad.
