Delicious vanilla iced coffee. Beautiful decorated, exceptionally clean hotel with an old fashioned verandah seating. A gem in the heart of the city.

My family and I recently stayed here, and we will for sure be back! We loved everything about this classy stylish hotel. I had called a couple times and asked questions as I was debating between 2 hotels. Sam was so helpful and due to conversations with her we decided on The Stella. She was such a nice friendly voice, and I was happy I got to meet her in person as we were checking out. The hotel is gorgeous inside. Super clean, elegant and just a great feel. Our room was perfect for a family of 4. We really enjoyed how close to everything The Stella is. You are within just a few blocks from the beach and many great places to eat and visit. We loved the rooftop bar for the 4th of July party. Great food, drinks and great view. We had a great time in the cool board game room they have. I really can't think of one thing to say negative about this place. For sure stay here if you are heading to Kenosha! You won't regret it! (Also, they give great 1st responder discounts!)
Honestly - not my favorite. I really want to like it and it surely has that potential. I hope to see this place improve in the coming years and become what I know is right below the surface in terms of customer service. The Stella, of course, is a beautiful location and I have had nothing but great experiences in every other inch of this hotel. This café has its bar extremely low. The food is overpriced considering what you get and the customer service is poor. Food is slow to come and I received orders wrong. Went here a few times within the last year on my lunch as I work nearby; I stopped going as there are far better options around downtown. Again, I hope I can update to a better review in the coming years...
Good breakfast sandwich & coffee while staying at the Stella.
We stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing. the rooms were super clean and cozy. everyone was so nice and helpful. it is beautiful in there. I will definitely stay there again next time we are in Wisconsin.

The staff is kind and friendly and the food is pretty good. Not sure whether they are understaffed or poorly managed, but wait times are exceptionally long and the place seems to function in a disorganized manner.
