Pass by BTK often on my way to festival and decided to stop. Guy at the window was really friendly. Ordered a big King steak burrito. Hahaha ….. amazing!!!! Cooked to order, loaded with steak, good stuff! I review things I like, and things I don’t like only. See some people complained about waiting for their food? It’s made to order, relax!!! Also read reviews about the quality of the steak, claiming it was all gristle….. wrong!!! The quality of my steak was flavorful and amazing with a generous amount. (Refer to pictures posted) You’ve got a customer for life! Reminds me of a burrito place in Summit that I use to go to back in day! Give them a go, you’ll be happy you did.
We ordered 3 steak burritos because that was the only meat available. When my husband brought them home, I could not eat most of mine because of all the grizzle in the meat. My husband had the same issue and had to pick out grizzle. When I called the store I was told there was nothing he could do about it because he wasn't the owner. Then he said that because we took a bite out of it there could be no refund anyway. He did not apologize or take our name. We won't be going back.
If you want real Mexican food... this is not the place. Take it from a Mexican. Ordered a stsak torta plate and 30 minutes later.... it was ready. Just one car in front of me. That's it.The bread was hard like French bread. The rice was soggy like it came out of a microwave pouch. The beans were actually ok. The only decent food experience was the steak meat. It was actually cut up steak. But do yourself a favor.... go somewhere else for Mexican food. This is a taco bell lol ?♂️
Had to wait 30 minutes for a ground beef salad bowl. They also messed up my order. However, the food was delicious. My only thought is this place should not be a drive thru.
Driver was awesome. The place took one of my items off and then had Grub hub representatives call me to tell me. Wondering why the business didn't? And offer me a substitute or something else!? Nope.. the Main meal was canceled and I got the sides.. so in essence I was not able to have a dinner as I didn't have my car at the time.. Thanks and NEVER AGAIN. I seen the poor reviews of the place. but I try to give everyone a chance..and support local.And was told I would receive a credit for the meal they didn't deliver.. so I was charged all the money and No meal..and who knows when it will get refunded ..Entrepreneurs... do the opposite of this place and you will succeed.Don't mean to be nasty.. but at leadt call your customers and do what right.
The food is good, but every time I've gone there they have gotten my order wrong. I have ordered 3 tacos: beef, chicken and steak. When. I get home I have 3 beef tacos. I have ordered burritos with guacamole, and when I get home there's no guacamole. Maybe a small gripe, but I am clear in what I am ordering. They won't be around long if they keep this up.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order here . Everytime I’ve ordered here they messed up something on my order . I called them to ensure they made my order correctly they called me 5 times after to check and make sure they got it right . Once my food arrived they still messed it up so I called the manager back and I wasn’t rude I told him what the problem was and he stated “You don’t have to order from us anymore I don’t care” I never once said anything about not order there just stated that they always mess up my food . I would order from here will a MANAGER with that attitude . Mind you their always out of something lbs . My fault for trying to support a local business.
Really good food. Tacos are ? never had any issues idk why all the bad reviews tbh i came back and added a star.
My husband and I ordered dinner on January 9 2022. The food was horrible. We had them before thats why we ordered. The food had no tast, except for the after tast. Will not order again, waste of $50.00 ever.
I ordered from this place 3 or 4 times and they made a mistake each time they always run out of beans or rice so I called and talked to the boss he said he would give me a free burrito cool so I ordered it today and liberally it was almost all lettuce I'm done trying with this place for good
