This Location Never Disappoints. The Food Is Always Delicious. The Staff Is Very Attentive. The Cooks Are Super Fast. The Beer Is Always Cold.
Highly recommend this location! Our food is always good, waitresses have always been amazing (Tori and Suzana) and even on the busiest of days, we get amazing service.
The food and service was great until the manager was out of line making up issues so our group would leave even though we spent hundreds of dollars. Another group wanted our tables even though we were still ordering food and drinks.
I swear this place is the most disgusting and dirtiest place I have ever been to there was a chicken wing on the floor that someone ate and threw it on the floor. Not to mention their bathrooms. Made me sick there were flys all over the walls and smelled of sewage and dirty paper towels all over the floor. And to top it off our server was horrible she seemed very slow and talked slow as if she was on something and she had a horrible attitude. Rolled her eyes after I asked for napkins which I thought was part of her job description. I wish I knew her name she didn’t introduce herself properly she seemed more into taking selfies and fixing her hair rather than working. Sadly, this is my first time here and will be my last.
I understand that things get hectic when it’s busy. I completely get it that sometimes it takes longer than normal for orders to come out. That’s NOT an excuse to be rude to customers and to tell us “no clue when your food is coming out, don’t care what your name is, go stand over there.” I watched an employee named Makayla repeatedly tell a customer to “hush I’m talking now,” and to be super rude to somebody who’s just waiting for their food.The worst part of all this is that my food was ready to pick up and in the holder. It was sitting there for 20 minutes, but because Makayla refused to take my name and check for my order, it sat there while the nachos became soggy and inedible and the wings became lukewarm. Completely inexcusable behavior. If you’re going to take questions as personal attacks and you get so stressed under pressure that you break down and storm away while ignoring customers, I’m thinking maybe customer service jobs aren’t for you.
Online order hasnt been available. when we have called to order over the phone each time it has been wrong and not our full order every time. Its all new staff and it shows the lack of quality and care. I have given this place way too many chances. very sad. It used to be so good.
Great food. Good employees. Terrible app! Employee’s understand our issue but says that they can’t do anything to help. We have to 24 to 48 hours to get our points back. This is our second time we had this happen to us with this app. At least fix the app when you guys promote this reward point system. Personally, I would use the app, but don’t rely on the points to get a meal that you plan on for the night with just the points. Have a back up plan, app might not work
I called to ask if they were going to be showing the UFC fights and the girl got all uppity and said “uh no! We are family friendly restaurant!” So I said oh okay I just know in the past you guys have and that other locations show them. And she said “well I can’t speak for other stores but we would never show those here!” I just thought it was kinda rude. Probably won’t be going to that location ever again.
Nova was the best waitress I've had in years at any establishment. She needs a raise. The food was good but some over cooked and inedible fries. Chicken breading was hard but Burger was well made. Due to the service alone ....I would go back and try it again
