Came in for dinner with a party of 8. We came in early for dinner when it was empty but it quickly got busy. We understand the times and how staffing business' has been hard. Bbq productions managed the full house so well though! I used to be a server myself and I'm impressed with the service here! 5 stars for service. On to the food - the food was absolutely delicious. We all ordered different things and we all were completely satisfied! Totally recommend!

The customer service was more than great!The food was delicious.The only issue encountered were the ribs, wild that at around 730-8pm the ribs were so tough, I could barely cut them from the bones.. I have never dealt with such terrible ribs! My waitress was kind enough to bring out an additional half rack that was a bit better and some pulled pork but at almost $30 a rack and even after reheating low and slow in the oven they are still awful. The potatoes in the potato salad were a bit underdone too.I thank her for her gesture but golden rule, if you wouldn't eat it - don't serve it. I've been to other locations without an issue so maybe just a rough night or off day for the cook.Quick reply: Kris! I get it can be a product issue too but it was two racks that were horrible. If they're not up to your company's standards then they shouldn't be served, just an opinion.
Stopped in for a takeout order just to try the place out.. Bigger inside than it looks. Ordered the Smokehouse Fries w/ Pulled Pork minus the cheese. Its tomatoes & green onions & Bbq sauce covering a bed of fries. It was very filling and tasty. Host was an older gentleman who was really friendly & funny & welcoming.I was asked if i wanted any sauces and I declined. Had I known it would be so good, and that I didnt have enough to finish with the meal, I woudve said yes!. ..but theres always next time!
We stopped in on our way to Milwaukee, simply speaking, this meal was excellent. We got the chefs special, and the burnt ends weren’t just good, they were fantastic. Tender and smoky with a slightly sweet caramelized “burnt sugar” flavor that was amazing. Our waitress Sarah was awesome and very accommodating. Would give this 20 stars if possible.
I took my sisters here for there birthday and had fun. Our waiter made the day. Jake was lively and attentive to our service. I had the Chefs special and the meats were excellent the sausage was Spicey the turkey tender. I gave 4 stars for Jake and the food try the beans. I took a star because we were in there around 1 in the afternoon and the place needed a good cleaning. The bathroom garbage was over flowing and right At eye level at the urinal was a booger on the wall. Good food and service tho
Me and a buddy went Sunday for dinner. As always the food was great, but our service was out of this world. Even the table next to us was talking about how great our server was. Our sever Erica was not only personable, she was funny, and we waited for nothing. She also gave us a business card with her name on it which we thought was cool. It's nice to see you guys finally got someone with personality in there.
Great bar and very clean. Beer was ice cold. Food was delicious and we had a hot waiter. I highly recommend the burt ends. i will definitely be back.

What you’re going to want to do is spend an afternoon here and sample many items. Or, spread it out over multiple visits, I don’t care, the net effect is the same. The Burrito - what a wildly balanced dish based on the crazy amount of ingredients. Would suggest. The daily specials: one day during the week they have rib tips. Comes with a side of fries, or coleslaw for some low price of I don’t remember, but it’s affordable. Let’s take a moment to talk smoked turkey. Holy paprika does this taste so damn great. I’d order it by the pound if I could. Then, there’s the staff. Everyone I have encountered has been a great ambassador for the BBQ’d Productions brand that are very knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and everything operationally where you can tell they truly love their jobs. You should give Kenosha, or any of their other locations a try...//edit\\.. - the burnt end burger. You need this in your life.
