Well I like Arbys but today and in the past the drive thru window staff was rude when i gave her order she cut me off and didnt let me finish my ordering . I had to ask her to please let me finish order she was rushing me so I didn't finish order .\\nI have noticed alot of fast food drive thru staff have been rude . I always approach the window saying hello and leave saying have a good day . They are losing my business and others surely . Good luck out there everyone
I tried Arby's new burgers. They are made from ganyu beef. They are delicious. I would recommend having the curly fries with them.
Ordered and ate inside, friendly and pleasant employees. Had the fish sandwiches and asked for them to be freshly made and hot. They came just as ordered. Only complaint is that they need to fill the very large potholes in the parking lot before somebody falls and gets hurt. Be careful walking to your car, especially after dark.
Went for the fish sandwiches 2 for $6. Was good all things considered. Will most likely go for the fish sandwiches again in the near future. Was treated well, service through drive thru was reasonably fast, order was correct. Should probably be five stars, but I don't like to give five stars as there is almost always room for improvement.....not sure what that would be at the moment.
The staff here are awesome. I drive 15 miles out of my way to get my Arby's fix specifically at this location because they are always fast and food is fresh, the restaurant is clean every time, and the staff is so polite and attentive no matter how busy they are. Appreciate you all :)
It's Arby's, so very consistent food. I stop there for coupon options, otherwise on the expensive side for a drive thru. Would prefer to eat in, but covid still rules here.
I went to the drive-thru the other night. The vehicle in front of me had a deaf customer. The girl working the window Jayden didn't know ASL but she was amazing. She handed the customer out pen and paper and also read everything that was written on their phone. She took her time with him to make sure the order was correct and didn't get rattled by how many other vehicles were now behind my car. Then after she took his payment and had him proceed to pull up immediately she apologized to me for the wait. I quickly let her know that there was no reason to apologize that customer service like that I haven't seen it in a long time and it was extremely nice to see. My food was also hot and tasted great so it was a nice visit all the way around.
i usually like this arbys, but today a very rude woman was having an attitude in the drive thru. called to find out her name, amy. for the most part they do a good job, but the dark haired lady in the drive thru should learn how to speak to customers
I was welcomed as I walked in the door and the service good and fast.
Love the beef and cheddars, jalapeño bites, and premium nuggets also on the 2 for $6 menu. Wish they bring back the orange cream shake that was the biggest reason to go here! Please bring it back
