This food was very very bad. Nastiest Nachos I ever had. Chips were stale, meat was dry. I did not get all ingredients that were on the Menu. Cheese was awful and very very cold. My son ordered chicken wings which he also did not care for. If it had not been so late I would have gotten my entire $40. Consider yourself WARNED about this establishment.

I ordered a 10 piece bone with honey pepper sauce and an oriental chicken salad. When I tried to order online it wouldn't let me put my card information in and then when I ordered at the restaurant a woman who I'm guessing is a manager was nice and told me my food would be brought out to my car. I waiting a long time then went in and my food was just sitting on the counter nobody was around the lady that was supposed to bring it out left and never communicated obviously and then when I get home I see I only have 9 pieces of chicken when I ordered a 10 piece never going back and definitely gonna tell the large amount of people I know in kenosha which I have lived for over 15 yrs to never go there this experience was ridiculous and I wasted my money. I tried to call 7 times and can't even speak to someone to get this fixed because they are not answering g and it was barely anyone in the restaurant when I was there.NEVER GOING BACK! PIST!

Man i don’t know what the hell is going on with management up in here but i ordered a curbside pick pick up order, now it was told to me it would be ready by 3:59. Logged into the app and let them know I’ve arrived and sat for an extra 20 minutes. Customer service horrible, no host was at the door to greet me and one waiter just starred at me when i walked in. If i ever return i will not tip any of the ppl here until they learn better customer service. If you don’t like what you do, then leave it’s that simple

I think over the years Applebees has taken a dip in their food as well as their restaurants. Most of our meals felt Ike they were prepackaged and a bit stale..The place was pretty dingy with crayon all over the walls. There was a menu stuck to the wall with grime right next to our booth.Overall, we had a hot meal and a good time as a family, but I don’t think I’ll go back in the near future.

I was very disappointed in this Applebees. The floor was dirty and the young man seating people was not nice. It took over an hour for us to get our food. When we got it mine had hair on the plate. I showed the waitress who then took it back to be remade. My daughters fries were nasty old and cold had to have them replaced. Another customer had the same problem. But they tried to take it out on our waitress and I did tell them it wasn’t the waitresses fault. The manager on duty was to busy gossiping with her coworkers that were coming in to visit. Very bad experience. I do give the waitress 5 stars she was great. But the restaurant a zero. Very sad. Management should be ashamed of herself for the way her shift was run.

I'm giving one star because the waitresses/bartender/host was good for being the only one in there actually working. Front window advertised $2beers ALLday. Walk in and no $2 beers all out of stock??? Sandwich was extra salty restaurant understaffed I left our Togo box on the table pulled out and due to construction I couldn't pull back in I called them to not toss it out no answer I was back in just a couple minutes and the tossed it out and said to bad I'm to late. I asked about the phones there response idk I guess they dont work

We had gotten a Steak and Mac & Cheese with Tenders and had waited atleast half an hour.Was told the steak was Leathery, and my Mac was almost tasteless, and slightly swimming in the juice from the tenders.They don't expect you to look at the Ceiling.

Originally ordered online for it to be delivered 35 minutes past the time stated (ice cream was melted through the entire order and food cold and hard). I didn't blame Applebee's for the late delivery, but when the manager called and spoke with me and stated I would get a refund she failed to mention how long my refund would take. When i called back 4 days later I was told 24-48 business hours (mind you that time had already passed), so I was told to call "in the morning". I called in the morning and was told the manager wasn't in. After FINALLY reaching a manager I was told it usually takes "14 days". Applebee's customer service, food, and management is not what it use to be and they will NEVER have another order from me. Chili's across the street would get my order 1st (and that's saying a lot!).

I do understand that they're short on servers, but waiting over an hour for our food and drinks, and having my drink served like this rather than how it's advertised. & never got our appetizer! Won't be coming back until the service improves.

It seams as if they are hurting for workers more then anyone so I try to tip 30% everytime because we always get the same server unfortunately because it seams like he Is definitely over worked but it's always a good time.
