We just had Frostys from our local Wendy's on Milton Ave in Janesville Wisconsin. The frostys were not thick. They were more like a chocolate shake. My 4 year old son could drink his out of his sippy cup. When I called the store to complain, the manager said that they are coming out of the machine that way because of the heat. He said that there was nothing he could do about it. He told me to put them in the freezer. He didn't offer me new ones or anything. He was not very friendly. I am not happy.
every time I go there the workers have no personality at all! sour faces and we seemed rushed. no one else in the place either.
Avocado on my baked potato was brown and the iced coffee/frostee thing was disgusting.
Dont think they have gotten my order correct in like a year. Ordered lunch for my crew today and Every Single Item was wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would. Going to the other location in Janesville from now on.
Terrible from the beginning!!! From them giving us wrong food to them charging us for the people behind us and then fighting with us to get our refund. Then when we finally did get a refund it was “cash” and short $14!! Good luck trying to talk to a manager because she’s the one who did this!
After forgetting our chili in our bag, we wait 7 cars 20 minutes then we asked for fresh French fries they said we didn’t order them? We had two meals since when don’t they come with fries!Understand English RULE NUMBER 1Ill caution anyone do not leave drive thru without checking your food!
Everything was fresh and hot. Very enjoyable. And got my new Frosty key tag. Free Frosty Jr's all year long!
Can you please offer curbside or allow delivery drivers inside? I understand being short staffed and not being able to open the lobby for customers. But many other places help delivery drivers by doing this even while being short staffed. This will make people not pick up orders if we have to wait an hour in the drive thru.
This wendy's is absolute trash (HOW DOES IT HAVE 3.6 STARS? Are these ancient reviews, or do you people just have that low of expectations?)They some how take 5+ minutes in the drive through to bring you ICE cold and/or dehyrdated food. This is not a one-off experience. I have given them chances time and time again, because if you get fresh food, its actually pretty decent. The problem with this particular wendy's is, that is almost NEVER the case.This place is run by lazy cheapskates . Tonight I was served a double stack with a half inch of mustard and ketchup , served at room temperature . My spicy chicken sandwich was essentially jerky. I threw both things away.Do NOT ever give these people your business. It's not worth it, it's never going to be as good as you expect it to be.Do yourself a favor and just go to the mcdonalds right next door or taco bell. They are actually run well.
