Keeping in mind this is fast food, I always get really good service at this Taco Bell. Once earlier in the Pandemic, I really wanted a Zero Sugar Baja Blast, so I waited in quite a long drive thru line to get it. My daughter and I were given our sodas for free! The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. And I really do love Zero Sugar Baja Blast and I wish it was easier to find. Love the Doritos Locos Tacos too--I don't know why no one thought of this sooner.
Would have done 0 stars if possible. Worst customer service that I have ever received at a fast food place. Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes just to place the order with no one in front of us. Claimed to be backed up but there was very few cars in the parking lot so I have no clue. Highly doubt I’ll ever come back which is sad since this used to be my favorite Taco Bell.
I am usually the one at fast food places to give the workers the benefit of the doubt when things don't go right. I was a fast food manager, so I do understand. What I don't understand is what I witnessed tonight at Taco Bell. We walked in and this lady in drive thru yells out to us "Kiosk orders only", so I ordered our two iced coffees and this other gentlemen put his order in on a different screen. The gentlemen that ordered after us walked up to the counter and the lady yelled "Kiosk orders only" and never made any eye contact with anyone, it was like no one in the lobby existed. He said "I don't have a card with me, I only have cash, can I pay for my order?" She never answered his question she just said "I don't have a till in front counter" The man and his guest left. After they walked out the door, she said, with out noticing that they left "Sir, what's your name?" We all said, "he left". She went back to the drive thru. She sent someone on break, they came back from break, and we still didn't get our coffee. As we were waiting, no one new had arrived we were yelled at again "Kiosk orders only" I said "We've all already ordered" Another lady came in, ordered, and got her food before us. In the meantime, a girl and her grandma came in, ordered 3 boxes and were waiting. I finally said "How long for 2 iced coffees? The lady that ordered after us got her full meals and already left." One girl said "did you order?" I said, "yes, and paid for it too" Now being in the business, I know the drink orders go to the drive thru ticket printer. We waited yet...another 7 minutes, then she made ONE of the TWO coffees, and started doing more drive thru orders. after about 3 cars I asked how long for the second coffee. She felt that she needed to explain that she has to "create them, they aren't just something they pour". She then felt that she had to say loud enough for us to hear "I will take drive thru orders AFTER I make ALL these iced coffees", it was only ONE more to make. When she brought it over to me I told her that I was sorry she felt 'put out' by having to make the iced coffee. I told her that if they can't handle the having the drive thru and the lobby open, maybe they need to close the lobby. She said that her GM wouldn't allow that. I told her that she then needs to make orders as they come in, not just when she gets around to it. I feel bad if this is the type of person that you have as a manager. She did try to give me some kind of coupon, and I refused it because I will NEVER be back to that location, and I told her it isn't about free stuff or coupons, its about customer service and learning her job. I understand you're short staffed, but this attitude and action from your drive thru/ or manager, or what ever she was, was beyond bad.
What happened to the prices at Taco Bell??Did they slip steak and organic chicken into the menu? No, they just price it like you are going to a real restaurant. I'm not going back unless I have absolutely no other choices.
Let's not play dumb, there are few things that make or break a night after the bar as much as your Taco Bell order. Luckily for me, the crew nailed it this weekend. Fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. It's fast food, you get what you pay for (take that for what its worth) but just the same, I always appreciate when my meal is done right and especially when its at a garbage hour and I know those workers are doing a good job even though they aren't making as much as the nicer restaurants. Always be kind ?
I love the Taco Bell on Humes Rd in Janesville! The staff there have great attitudes, and they truly can turn a bad day around! I believe the additional window will allow for shorter wait times and an even better experience. The food is always hot, tasty, and delivered with a smile ?Thank you especially to TJ, you are a great employee and definitely deserve some recognition.
Went there tonight at 1140pm. All the lights were on. Sat and waited about 5 minutes for someone to take my order but no one said anything. 2 other cars were behind me waiting. There was a paper taped to the window but I couldn't read it as I was driving by. The other cars did the same. No note was posted where you order saying they were closed early or anything.
There site says the store is open till 4am have several times showen at 2-3am and found the place closed. I don't think it's a change of hours either. I have gone one week on a Tuesday at 2am and they will be closed but next week if I go at the same time they will be open. For a store right next to the highway I would think they would stay open.Edit: After writing the initial review I went back through the driveway to see if there was a change of time they do now close at 3:00 a.m. but there were employees presents and it was only 2:30. I pulled into the parking lot adjacent to the building and watched the employees leave the store at 3. The sign on the store says that it closes at 3:00 a.m. not that it closes at 2:30 and that the employees leave at 3:00 a.m.
Came here for a mobile order. Checked in with the nice lady at the register. She went back to tell the people in the kitchen I am here for the order. A lady in the back said “well she’s going to have to wait” in a very rude tone. First off I wasn’t demanding my order to be ready on the spot. And second off I don’t know if that tone was towards me or the nice lady working the register. Either way doing that infront of customers is not cool.
Reason for 5 stars. It was the one and only place open around 10pm that night. It was pretty disappointing when every place I drove to was closed.. Long and behold. Taco to the rescue.. Don't believe me? Lets TacoBout it
