This Taco Bell used to be the best in town. But it appears to have gone down hill today. I went to the store today and it was taking forever not just to order, but to get my food. So I decided to run a test since doordash has been taking over. While waiting in line and waiting for my food I placed a doordash order and hot digging dog…… doordash got to my house before I got my food in the store… I’m at a loss and just really don’t know where to go from here. I get it they’re swamped and short staffed but the drive thru made it to my house before I got my food in the store? Hot snap crackle pop I’m at a loss

Went during the height of dinner rush (6:00PM) The staff were obviously overwhelmed by the amount of orders coming in. It took almost 30 minutes to get my food. Once recieved, the food was hot and tasted as expected. The order was complete and correct. It would have been nice to know they were that far behind in getting orders out when I placed my order

I was in store for lunch today around noon. The drive through was wrapped out to the street and at the time, I was one of 3 people in the lobby. There were like 7-8 people working. I waited 27 minutes for 4 tacos and a quesadilla. They were busy, yes BUT not one manager (there was for sure one there, but I think there were 2) stepped in to help get food out the door. They were busy complaining about how tired they were that people would apply and not show up for interviews (aren't we all? I feel you on that). There was one dude killing it making food and one person in the drive through. Occasionally, one other person helped the ONE PERSON making food, but not the entire time. That leaves roughly 3-4 people who were just in back talking (loud enough that those of us waiting for food could hear the conversations). Your first priority should be your customer. Hop on the line and help your crew out and talk about your employee issues later... I wouldn't want to work for someone who wasn't willing to help out when it is slammed and y'all will end up losing the 2 people who were actually working ?‍♀️... Don't worry though, they gave me a coupon for a free taco for the wait ?

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed about my visit today on March 22nd, 2022. I was in there picking up an order around 7-8 pm. The doors were unlocked so I assumed I could come inside the establishment. The nice younger ladies behind the counter said I was okay since I was picking up an pre-placed order. While I’m waiting for the order, OUT OF NOWHERE this older lady maybe 40-50 years old comes out of the back. She says “lobby is closed”. I explained the doors were unlocked. She said “I can’t take your order”. I told her the order was already placed, therefore I’m not ordering, she then tells me to leave very rudely. As I am walking out the door she SCREAMS “Go away!!!”. Keep in mind I was already walking out. This was not my first negative encounter with her either, a couple months back when I was picking an order up and asked her a question, she rolled her eyes and got snappy with me. PLEASE FIRE HER!! I just spoke to a couple friends who visit this location and have issues with her as well. I will be taking this to corporate.

Attention is ok. But is horrible bad ? sistem ?️ or tablet.I make order but never arrived in kitchen

Over ten minutes to get 2 tacos & a drink thru drive thru. Tacos were average at best. Staff member was very pleasant.

I’m disgusted with this place! First time stoping there, ever again. When trying to order, I wanted my extra taco a soft shell. The worker was struggling to understand what I meant, after going back and forth three times she finally understood. Started eating the taco and noticed a clear liquid running down my hand/arm. Looked at it when I got home and by then the taco was completely soggy. 6 hours later while at work I got sick. I don’t even want to know what they did to it!

Worst Taco Bell in town, extremely slow, and the night crew often closes early for no reason and ignores mobile orders (I’ve had to refund orders made here twice now) they screw over Uber Eats and DoorDash especially with insane wait times and online order delays. The few times I’ve actually gotten my food here it’s often been wrong

Watch this place if you order anything supreme they will make it supreme, but charge you extra price. Has happen twice here on my break from work. Cuz they probably make $15, but can't read a screen

So so so so so beyond tired of the food being messed up everytime. We were getting wrong orders everytime so we stopped going for a long time. Went there tonight and it was a huge mistake. Wrong again. Like 15 straight incorrect trips. And when you call they just remake it or say come back tomorrow and never give coupons for your wasted time and money. The orders are always correct on the screen, it's the useless cooks. If you double check your food before you drive home and it's messed up you have to wait in a ridiculously long line to get it fixed, then your other food is cold while you wait for a remake. Just incredibly useless workers.
