Taco Bell is always an easy go to place for food. A majority of our order was correct but as usual we were missing one item. This is not uncommon. The staff was very friendly and moved as quickly as they could while still being optimistic. The food tastes good but you do typically end up paying for it later as it rest like a brick in your stomach.
Absolutely terrible!!! Visited tonight March 17th 2022 at 11:10 pm. Came through drive thru for online order that was READY. The guy taking orders at the speaker was very rude to me and told me I had to come inside and get it. It was sitting on The counter ready. He made me wait for all the other cars to get through the drive thru, to just not hand me my order. I will never ever be a customer of this location. Pontiac location is way better. I never get treated with disrespect there but this is the second time from this location. Crazy how your employees talk so rudely
We ordered taco box, asked for mild sauces but received none.
The Janesville telco bells are the worst Taco Bell’s you can go to both of them rip you off with the meet and they never disperse the ingredients evenly, one half will be beef the other will be just cheese and the other parts of the taco will be just shell, and it’s like that no matter the day or time they never have it right, didn’t know how bad they were until I went to one in Madison and they actually can make a taco
Worst Taco Bell I've been to in my entire life. An absolute joke of an establishment. Take the time to drive to the West Court Location because this building and their employees are worthless.

Nasty tomato in my taco Food made me real real sick after I got home I had the dorito supreme no lettuce Thought I had food poisoning stomach hurt so bad
The night time crew is the worst, they used to be great but I see some new employees. Every time I call to tell them they forgot something I get someone with an attitude. Long wait times, cold food, and always closed early due to staffing issues. Taco Bell on Humes rd is better
The staff here are always super kind and have great attitudes. We always find ourselves making the same comment when pulling away - “wow, that person was super nice”.
If you are lucky enough to have Lana when you go through the drive-through you’ll be very pleased to find a spritely, happy, and cheerful employee who seems to thoroughly enjoy taking orders/meeting customers.Be sure you check out the bean and rice burrito from the dollar menu. Excellent price for the product!
