As always overpriced for what you get but good food and good service. Raised their prices. They changed the bacon and ranch chicken. ? Less chicken too. Drive-thru barely ever works. Marcos across the street has amazing subs.

Drive thru makes you order on a touch screen and they got rid of Ceasar dressing.
Always get the same sandwich but it's good every single time. Employees are kind.

Staff is friendly and work quickly for take out. Takes only a few minutes if you're the only one or if customers in front of you know what they want.
Poor customer service bc I came back 3 minutes before closing.... Due to paying for a tuna melt then going all the way home only to realize they melted 2 of my 3 sandwiches & so I rushed back before they closed. The door was locked at 955pm... 5 minutes before closing.After knocking on the glass & showing recipet through the window someone finally came to the door. They refused to melt my sandwich that I brought back so I could eat my dinner.I then requested a refund.... Due to paying for something they wouldn't bother to correct their own mistake. They eventually come back with my refund & then proceed to scold me.... Telling me "if they mess up an order... I need to call location first.... Then call corporate if no one answers"..... I've never been not allowed to come back with my incorrect order & receive my correct order AT ANY FOOD RESTAURANT.Your manager/supervisor was rude & even though I ordered @935p.JVL CENTER AVE SUBWAY LOCATION =Horrible Customer Service & Rudeness
Very clean. Very fast customer service. Friendly. Handicap parking. They have a drive thru.
