Customer service here was a breath of fresh air! Shoutout to Marissa who was so genuinely friendly that it made our entire day! The drinks were delicious and the food was prepared perfectly. :)

People are always friendly and get my order correct. That being said they are out of something every single time I’ve been there. Don’t expect to get anything Carmel related, it will be out.

close early constantly and the workers are crazy rude, pulled in when they were supposed to be open and asked if they were closed, the woman walked up to the window, locked it and walked away!

No matter what time of day I try and go, 9am, 11am or 3pm, the line wraps the building and out to the street. I tried waiting in line- 40 minutes went by and I had moved INCHES. I finally gave up when my toddler finally lost it in the back seat. They really need to figure out a better system.

Good location. Terrible fly problem.

This location is very busy which would not be that bad if it not for the flies that are swarming around all over the store. I had to swat away flies while I waited over ten minutes for my order. Overall the inside was very unclean and unkempt.

I don't support the company and it poor treatment of are military people. I still remember them refusing to send them coffee orders because they didn't support the war started by that president even though the officers wanted to buy it personally.They need to be removed from business and learn to be decent people.

Stopped by on a Saturday for two coffees. The drive-thru was out to the road. People were waiting inside along the wall. I ordered and waited. In about 10 min. I received the first drink, in front of the others that were there before me. I waited another 5 min. for the 2nd. I noticed a drink on the shelf that looked like what I ordered. I asked and instead she reached down and handed me mine. Very unorganized with the workers chatting as there people patiently waiting.

Terrible experience. Employees were rude, especially a brown haired girl I believe to be named Danielle. I waited for my coffee for over 10 min, so I asked her how much longer it would take. She ignored me at first, then when asking again, she rudely said “soon”, whipped her head around, and began giggling with other workers. Drive thru was out to the road when I saw multiple workers walk to the back and stay there for a few min at a time. I wouldn’t waste your time here, go to the one inside of Target.

Based on a single experience here but this wasn't the best Starbucks. The environment, menu, are all consistent with most Starbucks.Very little seating, only one bathroom make for a cramped venue.This place allows a view of the back and back I noticed it has a dirty floor. This is in addition to the flies that hampered this sole experience I had here. Still generally maintains drink quality.
