So grossed out. Saw a lady being trained which is fine. She pumped something and must have got it on her hand as my husband saw her lick her hand and kept working and didn't wash her hand. I was very thankful to see her got to the back when we ordered.
Super disappointed, my mom and I were shopping at target in janesville and decided to grab a cup of coffee at this Starbucks location, we asked for a decaf. Vanilla iced coffee. The young lady behind the counter looked at us as if we were speaking gibberish! She rudely replied "we don't sell that type of stuff". Like seriously?! How do you not have decaf coffee? Absolutely will not visit again, the customer service was terrible, rude, and just resting b**** faced the whole time.
They will not add whip or drizzle to java chip Frappuccinos at this place and when I asked they only gave me whip and no drizzle....
I believe Linda was the name of the very kind and hard working woman on New Years Eve 2021. She was working on her own while having a never ending line. Even while super busy and being out of supplies, she never faltered her pleasant and calm attitude. Linda absolutely made my day and she killed it (coming from someone who worked in and understands hospitality.) Thank you and Happy New Year!
Staff is helpful and speedy. It's a shame you can't tip the workers. They deserve it.

Hours are always changing and they're not open late enough. Other than that they make a good beverage.
The people who work at Janesville STarbucks are very nice, the drinks are fine but the outside landscape is full of garbage and weeds. I pick up garbage every time I go and have offered to come and weed and trim plants and bushes but they say that corporate won't allow. The windows and glass is grimy. This is a cute building and it wouldn't take much to keep it up. Don't understand why it's so hard.......
Said they’re closed at 3:28 on a Wednesday and would help the people right in front of me, but not me after waiting for almost 10 minutes in line. Every person in front of me couldn’t get what they wanted to order anyway because they’re out of almost everything. 0/10 I’ll just be getting coffee at local businesses from now on
