I have been a long time customer of this place. Food has always been good but the last few times I have called, whoever has answered the phone has been extremely rude (not today, but in previous times) but based on todays experience alone, I will not be ordering from them anymore. My friend and I ordered pizza along with side salads and in the middle of finishing my salad, I pulled a closed staple out from my mouth. The manager was super nice about it, but I will not be ordering ever again.
After trying hard to support our small family businesses through Covid I just cannot bring myself to give these people my business anymore. The first time I went in two of the ladies working were having a very "adult" conversation that still haunts me. Every single time I call to order the phone person is rude and treats me like I'm wasting their time. I always make sure I have time to stop by the ATM to get cash but I can tell by the way they ask on the phone how I plan on paying that that must be an issue. I dont expect much from a busy restaurant staff, but the level of rude I get every time has caused me to never go back.
I have been consistently ordering pizza from Sam's since I was 18 I am 50 now. Sam's pizza, lasagna are Always delicious. I will not order from anyone else.The Sam's Family has been here in Janesville for many years and they are always so kind and respectful. Sam's is a Great, The Best Family Pizzeria.Thank You to Your Wonderful family.
Sent my cousin a pizza with some type of wire cooked into the crust. She sent them a message about it and they just ignored it.
We ordered the shrimp basket, fried chicken dinner and chicken strip basket. The food was excellent. The food arrived hot and was great tasting. The staff was kind and courteous on the phone. I will definitely order from them again.
One of the best pizzeria in town. Good Italian sausages on the pizza.

So tired of this place. Always an excuse for something. Always want you to pay cash and make you feel bad about using a card like it's an inconvenience. Open and close whenever they want. Make so many excuses about being shorthanded among other things. Said we were outside their delivery range tonight even though we've had them deliver many times and we are right down the road about 3 miles. Seriously, terrible ownership/management for just average pizza.
Just good pizza. Very reasonably priced.
Been going here since they opened. Got my daughter hooked on their tortellini.
