Food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Too gross to eat. Everything is dry, so dry. The chicken is jerky dry and yet it still taste like grease. The rice and beans are dry, the rice is hard (under cooked) and it has a taste like Copenhagen. Yes, the chew that you put in your lower lip. Even the mashed potatoes and gravy are dry, I don’t know how that is even possible, but apparently at Popeyes it is. The biscuits crumble in your hand like a 10,000 year old document. So gross. Save yourself the stomach discomfort and your money.
I drove 26 miles to get the $6 big box special. It ended up costing me over $11. Then they told me that It only came with white meat? When I said it said either or they said that that changed? Even the photo in the window showed dark meet. Because I didn't want a drink (which isn't advertised or in the photo) they switched to a meal? Then I asked for coleslaw because it said you get a signature side which I think that they added to the total? I guess you don't get what they advertise and don't expect to get what is in the photos! I gave it 2 stars only because the chicken tastes good. :(
So happy to find a Popeyes that lets you dine in. I had chicken nuggets which were very flavorful and tender. I only wish they came in spicy. The Red Beans and Rice was very good. My wife had a chicken sandwich which she stated was very good. Sorry I forgot pictures, I couldn't wait to dig in. The service was very good and the restaurant was clean.
Ordered catering for my birthday on January 9th. Placed the order on the 3rd. They now can't find it and have no clue we ordered. Now we gotta wait forever for them to make a catering order on the spot and they were rude acting like it was OUR fault THEY lost the order. Unbelievable.
Went through the drive thru on 12-14. I was traveling through from Indiana and needed something quick to eat. I order a spicy chicken sandwich large fry drink and two biscuits with honey and a 3 pack of chocolate chip cookies. I didn’t get a chance to check the bag before getting back on the road and then I realized they did not give me my biscuits, honey, and 3 pack cookies. I was already 30 minutes out when I realized this and couldn’t turn around. Just figured I’d let people know before they choose to eat here.
Instead of putting the fries in some sort of container (like all fast-food restaurants do), the staff decided it was easier to just throw it all in the bag. Real classy.
I got the 12 pc chicken reg. It was very good. Tasty even ther next day. Very moist, great taste.
I am hungry , worked all day no break. Everyone raves how nice Popeyes is, so we gave them our business.Chicken nice and tender spiced just right but small pieces for the price, Cajon fries COLD, REALLY? pretty much ruined the meal. I didn't go back to complain, I needed to get home. I did stop by the next night to buy chicken for the family, but only the chicken Not impressed as I thought I would have been.
Quick, delicious fast food for a great price. Gotta love Popeyes!
