I ordered 2 taco pizzas online. After that I called and spoke to Kyle about having the chips on the side and not on the pizza because this option is not available when ordering online. When I received my order they forgot the chip. So I called them back and spoke to a female telling them I didn't receive my chips, she said ok ill have them right out to you. I didn't receive the chips till 20-25 mins later. By then the pizza was barley warm and just ruined it. Next time I'll think twice about ordering form there considering this is not the first time I've had issues form this place. I've never had a problem at the Milton Ave location, worth going there instead, even if you have to pick it up.
The manager Kyle is awesome and the CSR Mike is a lot of fun to talk to about arm-wrestling excetera but a lot of the rest of the crew needs help with customer service, friendliness and finding orders, three of them were unable to find a carry-out order that was right in the warmer and wanted to get ahold of other stores until I educated them, they didn't know their own phone number, and a week later a young girl didn't know the specials, refused to say her name and hung up the phone. Some meetings and a lot more training is in order
Everything went smoothly.. Website worked well.Order came correctly in expected time. Delivery person was friendly.
I got the personal pan with BBQ sauce. It was very hot and burned my lips. Not satisfied. ☹ Will not be getting the BBQ sauce again.
I opted to pick up my order from the drive thru pick up lane. The forgot my 2 order of fries and 2 orders of wings. They returned to the window with 1 order of fries, then said "Oh yeah! You did order 2 fries." And returned with my 2 orders of fries but forgot my wings. Finally received my whole order, got home, and realized they forgot my order of cheese sticks. I called the location back but was put on hold for 15 minutes and at that point, I was exhausted from the whole experience and decided to just take a loss. Horrible experience. Especially since my order totaled almost $65.
Stuffed crust pizza was great. Delivery guy was very nice. Never had a bad experience with this location.
give a ramekin of sauce for each pizza, every time we order its different, sometimes we get them and sometimes we dont!
I love pizza hut, but when they jump the price up on wings then give u some decent ones but half of them are little crumbs that they count as one ? I mean I think and manager would make it clear, if they super tiny throw 2 for 1 since they are a dollar each. I thought that would be common sense tho.
Cheese sticks have been undercooked (very doughy) the last few times, can taste cinnamon on them as well (for m cinnamon sticks)
Our pizza tonight was absolute perfection! It was HOT, crispy and tasty. It was prepared just perfectly. I even called the restaurant to tell them so. We are never disappointed by our Milwaukee Street Pizza Hut!
