So every time I use a specific card to order on pizza hut.com, it always takes the money off my card for a few days and I’m never able to process my order. Usually I just leave it alone and find something at home to eat, as I have some serious anxieties about talking on a phone when it comes to complaints. Today, my children are throwing up all over, both have pink eye and it’s close to preforming an exorcism when I’m trying to give them eye drops. Everyone’s been crying all day, myself included. Now that they’re asleep, I thought to myself “I literally would give my left arm for a Pizza Hut pizza right now” as there’s no better place around here for a fast and easy delivered pizza. Per usual, my online antics were not processed and every last dollar I had was given away to a pizza I wasn’t going to get the joy of eating. Due to my bad day, I literally called to see if they got the order anyways. They didn’t, however the manager on duty literally just took my bad day and made it all happen for me. All I had was $10 in cash, and even though the online ordering wasn’t their own mishap, he went above and beyond making sure he fixed the issue for me. Only charged me the $10 I had on hand for my order. I am so unbelievably appreciative of whoever the store manager is, and thanks for making my really crappy day.. mildly better. Idk who cries about pizza, but it’s me.
The food was delicious and delivered fast. The delivery driver was very nice and prompt.
The food arrived quickly and was all piping hot! Delivery person was very professional and friendly! This was a great experience!
Pizza did not have black olives - which I selected to be added. It was a chicken fiesta pizza and it had very little chicken. I think it could have used more cheese too. I did not like the sour cream - it was scooped from a container and put in a dipping cup. It could have used more of the salsa/picante packets too.
I made a very large order online and as soon as I submitted it I received an email stating my order would be done in 20 minutes. We drove to the Pizza Hut drive up window and our order was ready at the 20 minutes as promised. Both ladies in the drive up were very friendly and helped each other with this big order. Everything in the order was correct. No mistakes. I was very impressed with the time frame of 20 minutes, the staff at the drive up and everything being correct with the order. Will definitely order from this Pizza Hut again.
cheaper price, otherwise, everything was good! i just couldnt believe i spent 41.11 on 2, 3 topping stuff crusts and a monster chocolate chip cookie. it wasnt even delivered! we picked the order up.
The staff was very friendly and on time with my order. However, I was missing wings in my order and I drove over 30 minutes to get to this store and pick up my order (I live in the middle of nowhere)... so it was disappointing that the one thing I was able to order for myself from the menu and it was missing. not completely, but the count was wrong.
Our order accidentally was placed for a different Pizza Hut in town instead of the one closest to our house. Instead of cancelling our order (which we would have understood), they made our order and delivered it as quickly as they could even with it being out of area. We were very thankful.
First off the Delivery Kid tried to short me $10 on my change. Then I realized half my order was missing and When I called the store they asked if I wanted the rest of my order that I paid for!
Not forget the sour cream when I order the taco pizza. I appreciate asking for the lettace and chips on the side since it sometimes will wilt on the pizza but there was no way in your app to order sour cream on the side so I was counting on the couple that came with the pizza.
