Service was slow. Dirty table and food on the seats when seated. They actually asked me if I wanted them to wipe that down... really... Shared a meal with my wife. Was charged an extra plate charge even though that is not stated in the menu nor was it told to us initially. Not a big deal for the fee, just would have been nice to be informed.
So disappointed at the quality and service we received today. We have been going to Park City for years but I don’t think we’ll be going back. I ordered An egg over medium, hash browns, bacon crisp and sourdough toast. My bacon was almost inedible as it was so overcooked, the toast was burnt, egg and hash browns were ok. My husband ordered pancakes with sausage. Pancakes seemed liked they were reheated. The service was mediocre at best. Waitress did not set the table, just put napkins and silverware in the middle and we did the rest, poured water and left the glasses t the edge of the table, like it was too much effort to serve it properly. If the restaurant was busy, I could almost overlook the service but we were 1 of 2 tables that were taken. We will probably not go there again.
Good food, good prices. Nice family dining. Tables were a bit too tightly packed close together. Would rather have to wait a bit for a table then have to squeeze between tables to sit or have strangers almost elbow to elbow. Literally had a ladies butt in my face while she was maneuvering to sit down.
This is our go-to restaurant for Sunday brunch after church. The owners are so friendly and welcoming and the food is home-style and very reasonable with generous portions. Love this place!
Met our family here we all were new to the restaurant. We came from the east and family from the west. We wanted a sit down family restaurant that served breakfast, lunch, dinner items and this was perfect. It is only open until 3 pm but we're able to have crepes, bacon cheese burgers, French toast hash browns, chef salads, great coffee. It was busy but were seated right away, service and food was amazing, nice portions. Had to get to go boxes. We arrived at approximately 1230. Comfortable seating with tables or booths.
Nice people. Sat there and had coffee and toast while my car was being worked on. I could see a very good level of service to everyone that came in. A nice greeting. All the food looked really nice. No micht to write about raison toast. Was good tho. I will be back.
The food and the service is ALWAYS great here! You will never be disappointed when you eat here.
Stopped here passing through on our way to Champagne IL. The food was very good and the portions were generous! I had a Philly, my wife had a skillet, and my kids split a French toast.
The short order cook doesnt know how to make a pancake. Third time. Waitresses are good. Everything else ok. My husband likes the hash here so ...
If your looking for a family atmosphere to have breakfast or even lunch? This is a great place! The staff is friendly and inviting. Food is great as well. Your wait for the food is minimal and you are usually always seated promptly. You may have a small wait 15 minutes at best(I don't believe I've waited this long but it's possible)during the breakfast time on a Saturday or Sunday. I only wish there were more places such as Park City to eat. THANK YOU!!!Park City owners and staff for the GREAT SERVICE!!
